IT Support Technician

Houston, TX (On-site)

The IT Support Technician serves as the first point of contact for employees needing technical assistance at Sungrow USA’s Houston office. This role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, resolving basic IT issues, managing support tickets in ServiceNow, and troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring seamless access to the tools and systems required for their roles. The IT Support Technician directly impacts employee productivity and satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective IT support. The position offers opportunities to solve a variety of technical challenges, contribute to process improvements, and help shape the overall employee experience at Sungrow USA. Support is also provided to senior IT team members by helping manage their workload, coordinating documentation, and escalating complex issues as needed.

This is an on-site position, requiring regular work at the Sungrow USA corporate office in Houston for approximately 80 to 100 percent of scheduled time. Employees must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office, using personal judgment regarding commute time and cost.

Field Service Technician – PV

Provo, UT (On-site)

This role supports areas of field Service operation within Sungrow USA related to commissioning, warranty, and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the expanding installed sites in the region. Reporting to the regional field service supervisor, this position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and commissioning support of PV inverters and ancillary equipment/ systems, usually at the customer’s site or at a staging yard/warehouse. This position will comply with the Safety Mandate, “ZERO HARM,” to ensure safe and efficient work and operation of the facility for all personnel and equipment. Ensures that personnel and safety issues are given priority to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Implements and enforces safety management policy and procedures regarding the facility: safety information, hazard analysis, safe operations/Maintenance Training, subcontractor compliance, plant integrity, work permits, emergency planning, and response.

Electrical Engineer – Traveling Trainer

The Electrical Engineer position is a high-travel, field-based role designed to support Sungrow’s Center of Expertise (COE) and Training Center. This is a development-focused position with strong potential for growth. Engineers will initially support project sites alongside senior COE staff and gradually transition into core technical or training roles depending on individual performance. This is a dynamic position reporting to the Training Center Manager and is intended for high-potential individuals with technical aptitude and a passion for continuous learning.

Quotation Specialist – Service

Greater Houston (On-site)

The Service Quotation Specialist is a key commercial support role within Sungrow’s Service organization, responsible for preparing and managing all out-of-warranty, out-of-scope, and non-standard service quotations for PV and BESS customers across North America. This role also leads warranty extension outreach, coordinates scoping with internal teams, and tracks customer follow-ups through PO and invoice completion. This position requires owning short-cycle aftermarket commercial activity, ensuring accurate pricing, proper coordination, and timely customer response.

The role reports to the Service Commercial Lead and works closely with Field Service, Service Engineering, Service Operations, Spare Parts, Supply Chain, Finance/AR, and HQ.

IT Service Delivery Manager (Mandarin Speaking Preferred)

The IT Service Delivery Manager (ITSM/ITIL ServiceNow SME) is responsible for managing Sungrow USA’s IT Service Desk operations and administering the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures efficient and responsive IT service delivery by overseeing ticket intake, resolution, reporting, and user support, while also owning and optimizing key ServiceNow modules across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced ServiceNow capabilities and lead initiatives that transform IT operations into a future-ready model. The Service Delivery Manager will play a critical role in shaping technology services, driving innovation, and implementing best practices that enhance organizational performance.
