Senior IT Manager
San Jose, CA
Antora Energy is hiring its first Senior IT Manager to serve as the internal owner of the company’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and enterprise technology environment. This person will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution — leading IT planning and governance while directly improving systems, security, and operational reliability across corporate, factory, and project-site environments.
The IT Manager will partner with internal engineering teams and external technical specialists (including Antora’s outsourced IT partners) to ensure our corporate, operational technology, and AI environments are secure, scalable, and well-managed. A core focus of this role is strengthening Antora’s network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity foundations as the company prepares for its next stage of growth and investment.
Over time, this person will lead the evolution of Antora’s IT capabilities from a vendor-supported model to a more internally led function — building the team, processes, and systems to support that transition.
Business Development Manager – US
Remote, US
This is a role within the Business Development team to originate high quality project opportunities in the industrial heat market and develop them to a state of maturity sufficient to achieve final investment decisions (FID). You will be a part of a cross-functional team to bring credible, large-scale industrial decarbonization projects to life. You’ll also build your credibility and expertise to help evolve the team from the ground up into a more high-performing, efficient and productive team. Projects will primarily be US based but may be international as well.
Principal, Power Procurement
Remote, USA
The Principal, Power Procurement will lead complex utility tariff negotiations, originate off-take agreements with utilities, and set consistently high standards for deal execution across the Energy team. This role combines deep, hands-on deal negotiations and ownership, with mentorship for a growing team of deal leads who negotiate energy service agreements, custom tariffs, infrastructure arrangements with utilities, and power purchase agreements across multiple ISOs. The Principal will set deal standards, architect first-of-kind commercial structures, and serve as a trusted escalation point for resolving negotiations aligned with business objectives.
Sr. Manager, Energy Market Analytics & Forecasting

We’re looking for a senior analytics manager to own Antora’s long-term power market economics: the forecasts, models, and market strategies that underpin how we originate, structure, and finance projects. You’ll be the internal authority on long-term power prices, capacity market value, and battery dispatch economics across our priority markets in the U.S. and internationally.
The role combines deep analytical work: LMP forecasting, ELCC modeling, production cost modeling, capacity expansion modeling with external-facing responsibilities. You’ll represent Antora’s market views to customers, project financiers, electric utilities, and ISOs, and you’ll help them correctly model a technology class most have never seen. You’ll be supported by data scientist and software engineer peers, manage forecast vendors and energy market consultants, and build Antora’s analytical infrastructure.
Reports to the VP of Product Management & Analytics.
Senior Corporate Counsel
San Jose, CA
Antora’s Senior Counsel will be a foundational member of the company’s legal function, reporting to the Chief Business Officer and acting as a trusted partner to the executive team. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for a lawyer who combines top-tier law firm training with the commercial pragmatism and ownership mentality of in-house practice.
You will own the corporate legal infrastructure — the internal plumbing that keeps the company compliant, protected, and operationally efficient — while managing the “outside counsel supply chain” to ensure Antora receives excellent, cost-effective legal services across specialist domains. You will enjoy exposure to deal-making and project finance (driven by our Chief Business Officer) and corporate finance (partnering with our CFO and CBO) as you build the internal legal foundation that makes everything else possible.

As a Buyer/Planner, you will be the hands-on owner of day-to-day material readiness—supporting general planning execution, responding quickly to ad-hoc shortages, and ensuring smooth production flow. This is a generalist role across planning + procurement execution: you’ll keep MRP signals clean, coordinate with suppliers, and partner closely with Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and Procurement to keep thermal-battery builds moving. You will report to the Material Planning Manager.
Electrical Engineering Manager

Antora is seeking an exceptionally driven Electrical Engineering Manager / Architect to lead the team designing the next generation of Antora’s thermal energy storage products. This role combines people leadership with deep technical ownership of high-voltage, high-power electrical system architecture spanning both product and plant-level systems.
You will guide a team of engineers through the full product lifecycle, from architecture definition and trade studies through detailed design, prototyping, validation, manufacturing, and field deployment. Your work will directly shape the commercialization of a first-of-a-kind long-duration energy storage technology.
This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in first-principles engineering, moves comfortably between whiteboard strategy and hardware reality, and knows how to build teams, systems, and processes that scale. You’ll also help the organization apply modern engineering tools, including simulation, automation, and AI-enabled workflows where useful – to move faster, make better decisions, and keep the bar high for technical rigor.
