Foundations Technical Trainer
Nevada – Remote – USA
As a member of the Foundation Services team, Foundations Technical Trainers provide on-site technical field training for Nextpower’s customers during the project construction phase. The Technical Trainer is responsible for successfully Training the client on the recommended method of Nextpower’s innovative foundation solutions by partnering with all internal and external stakeholders quickly resolving on-site issues through effective communication and collaboration. In addition, Field Technical Trainers works closely with our Field Applications and Engineering and Construction Management teams by providing detailed documentation on training progress and in-field issues that arise, supporting ongoing improvements to our technology and processes. This is a remote, field-based position, expected to travel 100% of the time.
Equipment Inspection Manager
North Las Vegas, Nevada – USA
The Equipment Inspection Manager serves as the technical authority and lead professional for equipment quality assurance and inspection activities, ensuring Nextpower foundation installation equipment, meet all applicable standards. The Equipment Inspection Manager, is accountable for the accurate completion of Inbound and Outbound equipment inspections at the Fleet Center as well as the Equipment Validation Program.
This role is responsible for developing and overseeing inspection criteria, managing QA/QC inspection teams, overseeing equipment validation testing, tracking nonconformance trends, and driving corrective and preventative actions. The Equipment Inspection Manager ensures that Inspection and Validation Programs are executed safely, with technical rigor, operational discipline, and complying with applicable standards.
Work is performed independently and reviewed at critical checkpoints. The Equipment Inspection Manager collaborates daily with Mechanic Leadership, Maintenance personnel, Operations Leadership, and Engineering teams.
This is a fully qualified, experienced professional-level role with responsibility for enforcement of relevant safety practices, technical leadership, collaboration, and quality execution.
Sr. Engineering Program Manager

This is a technical program leadership role for someone who can operate comfortably at the intersection of engineering depth and execution rigor.
The right candidate be a strong engineering program leader who will drive programs through execution while engaging deeply with electrical, firmware, mechanical, and systems teams; understand technical tradeoffs and risks; and cross-functional dependencies from concept through validation, certification, industrialization, and production ramp.
The ideal candidate brings both hands-on engineering experience in power electronics and a proven ability to manage programs across multi-site, international teams.
