E-Mobility Program Coordinator – Michigan

Our automotive / e-mobility organization centers on accelerating the equitable transition to zero-emission electric, connected, autonomous, and shared vehicles. Our growing organization is looking to add an energetic, experienced E-Mobility Program Coordinator based in Michigan to support programmatic efforts in Michigan with support provided to the larger Midwest programmatic efforts to help us change the world for the better.
Our new E-Mobility Program Coordinator will support our Midwest Program Manager with state and local programs, pilots, and policy work across the Midwestern region, which includes the following States: Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, Colorado and Kentucky of the U.S., with a heavy focus initially on Michigan. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Detroit, Michigan metropolitan area. The person in this role will wear multiple hats. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating multiple programs, thriving in entrepreneurial environments, strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage strong client and partner relationships. Confidentiality and discretion are key attributes and are required for this position.
E-Mobility Program Coordinator – DMV

The electrification sector is experiencing unprecedented growth with the acceleration of multimodal zero emissions transportation. Innovations with clean transportation is revolutionizing urban mobility space. Our automotive / e-mobility company centers on accelerating the equitable transition to zero-emission electric, connected, autonomous, and shared vehicles. Our organization is looking to add an energetic, experienced Project Lead to assist us in continuing to lead the e-mobility space and nspecial projects in the southeast and across the country.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in the Mid-Atlantic with travel to attend external facing client, partner and company events. The person that fills this role will have the opportunity to provide their expertise across the multimodal e-mobility sector. The ideal candidate will have emobility experience, formal experience managing long-term programs and strategies, thriving in entrepreneurial environments, posess strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build strong teams and be customer-focused. Confidentiality and discretion are also key attributes and are required for this position.
Nationwide – Development Consultant
Hybrid, Remote (U.S.-based)
Philanthropic Strategy & Revenue Generation (~60%)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive development strategy that aligns with organizational goals and growth targets.
- Cultivate relationships with philanthropic funders including foundations, donor-advised funds, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate philanthropy partners.
- Identify new funding streams and manage a pipeline of prospective donors.
- Design a sustainable strategy for unrestricted and restricted giving, including multi-year gifts and planned giving options.
Grant Writing & Fund Development (~25%)
- Lead the drafting and submission of compelling grant proposals and letters of inquiry.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to align fundraising priorities with programmatic goals.
- Develop tools and templates to streamline proposal development and donor reporting.
Strategic Development Advising (~15%)
- Advise the leadership team on launching an organizational endowment, including feasibility, models, and donor positioning.
- Recommend systems for donor cultivation, tracking, and stewardship (e.g., CRM systems).
- Contribute to a long-term funding roadmap that supports EVHybridNoire’s national and community-based impact.
