Autonomy Engineer
Folsom, California; Fremont, North Bldg, California
We are scaling both the capability and deployment of our robotic systems. As autonomy improves, the system must support more robots per operator, operate with higher levels of autonomy across diverse environments, and maintain consistent performance as complexity increases.
This role is focused on building and improving a tightly integrated autonomy stack that works end-to-end on the robot. You will operate within constrained embedded systems where compute, bandwidth, and power are limited, requiring thoughtful tradeoffs in model selection, algorithm design, and system architecture. You will design and implement perception, planning, and control systems, validate them on real hardware, and continuously improve performance through testing, simulation, and data-driven iteration.
You are expected to own system behavior, not just individual algorithms. This means understanding how the full stack behaves in real environments, identifying gaps, and driving improvements that make the system more capable, reliable, and scalable.

Sr Manager, IT Inverter Assembly Operations
Arizona – Remote
We are looking for a hands-on Sr Manager, IT Inverter Assembly Operations based in Mesa, AZ to own all site-level IT — from greenfield commissioning of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and shop floor infrastructure, through go-live, and into steady-state operations.
This is not a strategy-from-a-desk role. You will be on the floor with operators, engineers, and equipment vendors during commissioning and ramp, and you will own day-to-day uptime once we are in production. You will work closely with the corporate ERP team on integration with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, and collaborate with the End User Services, Infrastructure, and Security teams on identity and access management, the security stack, and shared infrastructure.
Site IT Engineer — Inverter Assembly Operations
Arizona – Remote
We are scaling up an assembly operation for utility-scale solar and battery storage inverters, and we need a hands-on Site IT Engineer to keep the plant running. This is a boots-on-the-floor role: you will be racking switches, configuring scanners, troubleshooting a test station that lost its network connection, and helping an operator whose label printer just jammed — often all in the same shift.
You will work directly under the IT Manager and alongside engineering, quality, and operations. If you like solving real problems with your hands on the equipment, and want to grow your career in manufacturing IT, this is the role.
Principal Supply Chain Process Architect
Arizona – Remote
Nextpower is building a scalable supply chain management system to improve customer reliability, simplify and standardize ways of working, and strengthen process- and data-driven decision making while staying agile through major system changes (e.g., ERP).
The Principal Process Architect designs the end-to-end operating architecture for supply chain – process standards, decision rights, controls, and governed variations – and ensures that improvements deliver measurable results. This is a role for a systems thinker who architects how the supply chain operates across Plan / Source / Deliver and key interfaces, not a transactional process documenter.
