Manager / Senior Manager, State Policy & Government Affairs
Remote, USA
Antora is hiring a state policy lead to shape the state energy, decarbonization, and industrial policy landscape our projects depend on, and to build the relationships that help those projects get built. You’ll work on two fronts. First, the policies that create demand for clean industrial heat and power: long duration storage procurement, energy policy, large load additions, industrial decarbonization programs, clean fuel standards, and related state initiatives. These programs are closely aligned with what Antora does, and your work will help them evolve in ways that recognize emerging technologies like ours. Second, the policy environment in the states where we develop projects, where siting, permitting, interconnection, incentives, and tax treatment shape whether a project can move forward. This is a highly external role: you’ll represent Antora with state policymakers, regulators, and partners, and you’ll work across several states at once.
Sr. Project Manager, Interconnection Projects & Grid Infrastructure Delivery
Remote, USA
Antora is seeking a Manager, Interconnection Projects & Grid Infrastructure Delivery to own the delivery of interconnection engineering, SCADA and telemetry systems, and grid infrastructure for Antora’s thermal energy storage projects across multiple RTOs/ISOs. This is a hands-on role: the person in this seat will write/validate the statements of work, hold the budget, set the schedule, and hold consultants, Owner’s Engineers and EPC firms to deliverables that are technically defensible.
The ideal candidate combines practical program management discipline, scope definition, cost and schedule control, change management with enough engineering fluency to interrogate a data point list, an architecture diagram or an interface control document and recognize what is missing. The role works across Antora’s portfolio in MISO, SPP, ERCOT and PJM, and partners closely with interconnection and grid engineering, project development, product engineering, legal and finance.
Energy Project Development Manager

This role focuses on project development execution, supporting greenfield projects, co-location and due diligence on acquisition opportunities. They will track development milestones, and coordinate with consultants, developers and internal teams. The Manager will maintain relationships with consultants, renewable developers, and assist in moving new and acquired projects toward deployment readiness under the direction of senior leadership.

They will organize a cross-functional team of subject matter experts to advance Antora’s energy storage projects and power generation projects from ideation to the execution of commercial contracts. This requires establishing project plans and coordinating efforts across engineering, business development, power supply and project finance teams as well as driving community engagement efforts by representing Antora to landowners and local leaders.
The strongly preferred location for this position is to work out of Antora’s San Jose, California HQ and factory, though we will also consider excellent candidates based in Madrid, Spain or Sydney, Australia, or remote in the U.S.

Reporting to and working closely with Senior Corporate Counsel, this hands-on role will own contract intake, administration, and workflow as the company scales — supporting Supply Chain, Project Development, Engineering, Finance, and other business teams. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and supply-chain contracts, while helping implement and administer the Company’s CLM platform and clearing an existing contract backlog.

San Jose, CA
Antora Energy is seeking a highly analytical and driven Strategic Finance to own and operate the company’s core financial model, deliver mission-critical insights that guide strategic decisions, and support capital markets engagement. This role sits at the center of Antora’s commercial, operational, and product teams—translating fast-moving inputs into clear, data-driven outputs for executives, investors, and partners.
The ideal candidate thrives in complexity, is comfortable operating independently, loves solving new problems, and brings the rigor of an investment banking background to the challenge of scaling a climate-tech company. This is a high-visibility role with significant opportunities for growth, learning, and impact.
Sr. Equipment Design Engineer
San Jose, CA
Antora is scaling production while preparing the newest generation of our product and a new gigafactory to build it in. We are looking for an engineer who can take a product concept and carry it all the way to a running process: define the build sequence, design the process, stations, and custom tooling that enable it, develop the work instructions, and integrate it all on the floor, working closely with design engineering, production, and the technicians who build with what they create.
What sets this role apart is the design bar. You will personally design, analyze, and release the fixtures, workcells, and safety-critical lifting and handling equipment that production runs on: working from first principles, with hand calculations and FEA carrying designs from load path through proof load. The tooling and processes you design will set production rates, enable new product launches, and shape the next-generation build process before the factory around it is committed.

Beyond day-to-day coordination, this person will help modernize how recruiting runs at Antora — consolidating our recruitment documentation into an indexed, easy-to-navigate library, keeping interview training compliance on track, and identifying and implementing process improvements across recruiting coordination. The ideal candidate is exceptionally responsive, tenacious in solving hard problems, precise under pressure, and communicates clearly whether over email, Slack, or in person.

It suits someone who is equally comfortable processing a payroll change in UKG and coaching a manager through a difficult conversation, and who can work independently while collaborating closely with the broader People Team.
