Senior Full Stack Developer

Columbus, OH

The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining critical software applications for our rapidly growing solar energy business, Terrasmart. Specifically, our PeakYield application which monitors and manages behavior of solar projects and SIFT our solar project optimization software. As a key member of the Terrasmart Software Solutions team, this individual will perform and support the following: Developing, enhancing, and preserving the integrity of essential software applications designed to optimize existing and proposed solar and renewable energy product lines; effectively collaborating with a concentrated team of technology professionals; and maintaining a focus on superior Customer and Product Experience.

Augusta, ME

The Solar Installation Apprentice will attend a state-approved apprenticeship training program and successfully complete according to academic schedule while working under a qualified Solar Technician to perform manual field labor necessary to learn the process of installation for footings, racking, solar panels, and other project objectives and goals in a safe and productive manner.

The Commissioning Technician is a network troubleshooting and technical expert who will travel frequently to install, connect, service, and monitor wired and wireless tracker commissioning across all project sites. The Commissioning Tech will independently test all of the Tracker controls to ensure that each array is operating as specified and to ensure that the controllers are appropriately responsive to remote instructions on where and when to stow and when to revert to normal operations.

The Estimating Analyst collects historical, current, and projected cost data on full project life cycle to aid management in competitive and accurate bidding. This role will own, develop and maintain all estimating tools for all products.

The Director of Business Development will scale the business by communicating and delivering the differentiated value Terrasmart brings to existing and new customers. The opportunity to build long-term partnerships is unique in the industry given Terrasmart’s vertically integrated products, services and smart solutions. To capitalize on this, the Director of Business Development will need to develop and execute a business plan that aligns business and customer needs, identify and nurture new customers, create awareness of our value proposition, engage prospects, gain market share, and bolster our position as industry leader.

The Solar Farm Installer II will perform manual field labor and equipment operation necessary to install footings, racking, solar panels, and other project objectives and goals in a safe and productive manner. Incumbent will operate and maintain company equipment in a safe and effective manner that aligns with the company’s projects, objectives, and goals. Operation of equipment may include company vehicles (trucks), front end loaders, skid steer, KR-55, SmartMast, rock drill, air compressor and/or other machinery.
