Sr. DevSecOps Engineer

We are in search of a DevSecOps Engineer to join our Cloud & DevOps team, a role that is crit- ical to embedding security seamlessly into every phase of our development and operational processes. This position calls for a proactive, knowledgeable individual who is passionate about building secure cloud solutions and fostering a culture of security awareness. The ideal candi- date will have a solid background in cloud security principles and the practical application of se- curity best practices within a DevOps framework.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security measures into CI/CD pipelines and cloud operations, ensuring the deployment of secure and compliant code.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and security audits to identify and miti- gate risks throughout our cloud infrastructure and application lifecycle.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge security automation tools to detect security issues at scale, enforce security standards, and automate cloud security controls, significantly minimiz- ing threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.
• Take charge of our AWS cloud environment’s security, applying best practices for cloud securi- ty, data protection, access control, and ensuring the effective management of security risks and the validation of security requirements.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging security threats and trends, continuously adapting and evolv- ing our security strategies and practices to safeguard against potential vulnerabilities.
• Facilitate security training and awareness programs for the development and operations teams to instill a security-first culture within the organization.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers, shaping technical solutions to maximize cybersecurity defenses. Incorporate architectural and cloud security principles into system de- sign standards, enhancing our cybersecurity monitoring capabilities.
• Monitor and remediate security events/threats in the cloud environment, creating and nurtur- ing practical security operations practices to ensure an agile, responsive security posture.

API Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior API Architect to lead the charge in defining our next generation API-first architecture. This person will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining secured, scalable, highly responsive and robust API suites hosted in our cloud native environments.

As an API Architect, you’ll contribute to the following activities:

• Work closely with Products on business use cases by providing technical expertise and supporting documentation.
• Own all aspects of our Integration Architecture (IA). Evaluate emerging technologies.
• Establish and document the full life cycle of API governance standards and best practices.
• Drive towards industry standards and RESTful services and identify appropriate integration approaches.
• Work with internal and external API consumers and service providers. Drive towards optimal integration agreements.
• Document the API landscape, identifying gaps and participate in roadmaps definition.
• Continuously monitor and improve API performance and utilization. Predict scaling needs and manage scaling operations effectively.
• Manage API gateways. Design and enforce API policies.
• Supervise partner facing API documentation as well as internal API documentation.
• Ensure designs and initiatives are in line with the overall corporate vision, strategies and goals.
• Train and mentor others on REST APIs, microservices, API Gateways, containers, and automation.
