Sales Operations Analyst

Location: Lake Forest, CA – Full-time

The role of Sales Operations Analyst is crucial in the Sales Operations Department at EV Connect. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing sales data and trends, creating insightful reports and dashboards for the leadership team, developing, and maintaining KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our sales initiatives, and maintaining our CPQ. In this role, it is essential to have a deep understanding of HubSpot and familiarity with other Go-To-Market (GTM) tech stacks like Gong, ZoomInfo, and CPQ.

Sales Enablement Specialist, Sales Operations

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, the individual will be responsible for designing & implementing effective sales training programs and providing ongoing support & coaching to the sales team.

Business Systems Manager

Location: Remote – Full-time

The Business Systems Manager is a critical member of the Revenue Operations team at EV Connect. As our first Business Systems Manager, you will play a unique role by driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our customer-facing teams through the best use of technology. This position will be responsible for coming up with solutions to business problems around data and integration with the end goal of creating efficiency across multiple teams. You should be excited to serve as a systems architect and the person responsible for delivering an end-to-end operationally efficient tech stack that allows us to analyze data, inform strategy, and enable our GTM organization.

Business Development Director – Energy/Utility

Location: Remote – Full-time

Responsible for business development and sales of EV Connect software and services to Utilities and Energy sector customers.

Reporting to Head of Commercial Sales North America, duties include representing EV Connect to the utility industry, identifying significant business opportunities for EV Connect software and services, qualifying EV Connect as an approved vendor in new utility/state funding programs for transportation electrification, reviewing new utility filings and providing comments and support letters, and directly leading sales activities relating to Utility/Energy company own-operate projects.

Business Development Director – Fleet / Auto OEM’s

Location: Remote – Full-time

Responsible for business development and sales of EV Connect software and services to Auto OEM’s and Fleet operators.

Reporting to Head of Commercial Sales North America, duties include representing EV Connect to the auto and fleet industry, identifying significant business opportunities for EV Connect software and services, qualifying EV Connect as an approved vendor in dealer, OEM and fleet programs for transportation electrification and directly leading sales activities relating to Auto OEMs and companies with fleets or fleet operators. The role will require an individual who can conceptualize and ideate solutions with partners and have enough technical acumen to understand both physical and digital integration points to create value for prospective customers.

Tech Support Analyst

Location: Lake Forest, CA – Full-time

EV Connect is seeking an energetic problem solver to join our in-house technical support team. You will work directly with our customer support and HW vendor partners to troubleshoot and resolve EV charge station issues in the field and return stations to active service in the shortest possible timeframe.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with hardware and software technologies and able to execute effectively against demanding SLAs. Positive attitude, flexibility and a strong work ethic are critical to thriving in this position.
