Director of Project Development, Acquisitions (hybrid – remote/NYC)

Our client seeks a Director of Project Development, Acquisitions, to lead development due diligence for sets of projects that are being considered for acquisition by the company. The ideal candidate will have experience developing community solar projects, as well as a deep understanding of each phase of a project – from siting to construction to interconnection. The Director of Project Development, Acquisitions, will be able to assess project risks & opportunities & will have knowledge of project finance & deal structures related to mergers & acquisitions.
