The Prevailing Wage and CFIUS Compliance Specialist is responsible for monitoring, auditing, and submitting labor compliance documentation to external customers in accordance with prevailing wage requirements under the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and relevant Canadian wage laws.
