Antora is seeking a Manager, Interconnection Projects & Grid Infrastructure Delivery to own the delivery of interconnection engineering and grid infrastructure for Antora’s thermal energy storage projects across multiple RTOs/ISOs. This is a hands-on role: the person in this seat will write/validate the statements of work, hold the budget, set the schedule, and hold consultants, Owner’s Engineers and EPC firms to deliverables that are technically defensible.
The ideal candidate combines practical program management discipline, scope definition, cost and schedule control, change management with enough engineering fluency to interrogate a data point list, an architecture diagram or an interface control document and recognize what is missing. The role works across Antora’s portfolio in MISO, SPP, ERCOT and PJM, and partners closely with interconnection and grid engineering, project development, product engineering, legal and finance.
