It is essential to have a good grasp of AI, be able to address challenges using AI, and generate value with AI in order to remain competitive in the job market. This workshop will concentrate on the significance of women embracing AI in the workplace and will cover the essential skills needed for those aiming for senior, executive, and leadership positions. Our panel of experts will highlight the potential of AI to create value, solve problems, and expedite progress. It is time to take the initiative to learn, communicate effectively, and showcase how AI can influence the future of work and sustainability.

Jennifer Harrity is the Director of Sustainability at Sensiba LLP, where she leads the Sensiba Center for Sustainability. With over 25 years of experience in business and marketing, she established the firm’s Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practice in 2020. Jennifer hosts the “Rebooting Capitalism” podcast and is recognized as an expert on ESG within the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) community. She is actively involved in promoting sustainability and ESG strategies, frequently sharing her insights through webinars and articles.

Dr. Frederick Wehrle
Assistant Dean for Academic Innovation and Learning, UCLA Extension
Dr. Frederick T. Wehrle is the Assistant Dean for Academic Innovation and Learning at UCLA Extension. He joined UCLA in 2023 after serving at UC Berkeley Extension since 2018. Before immigrating to the U.S., Frederick led Accreditation and International Relations at business schools in Paris, France. He has held faculty and administrative positions in France and the U.S. and served as an advisor and mentor to startups, non-profit organizations, and universities worldwide. Frederick’s work focuses on developing AI-powered instructional tools and Andragogy, based on his research on innate and learned behavior. He holds an MSc in Biology from the University of Freiburg, Germany, and a PhD in Management Sciences from the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, France.
