  • Monitor and resolve PO vs. SO variances to align supply with demand until project completion.
  • Troubleshoot delivery constraints by coordinating closely with Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, and Project Management teams.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed logistics terms (Incoterms, shipment timing, routing) and contractual delivery conditions.

Cross-Functional Risk Management & Coordination

  • Act as the central coordination point between Engineering, Sourcing, NPI, Planning, Logistics, and Project Operations to ensure supply chain readiness.
  • Identify supply risks early (capacity, lead time shifts, NPI readiness, supplier constraints) and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Support resolution of escalations impacting delivery timelines or customer commitments.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Build operational excellence by standardizing delivery processes, improving planning accuracy, and reducing delivery variability.
  • Drive lean process improvements within project supply chain execution to minimize expedites, disruptions, and inefficiencies.
  • Contribute to development of scalable best practices across regions to improve supply chain predictability and service performance.
