Channel Account Manager (Fluent in German) (Located in Berlin, Germany)

A Channel Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and developing relationships with new partners by qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel, researching potential partners, connecting with and educating prospects on our product offerings and qualifying the leads before onboarding them as new partners. Will also maintain and expand relationships with assigned channel partners in the assigned territory. This position will also focus on turning leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute on program and inbound lead generation campaigns and will be expected to track all relevant information regarding qualification and lead management activity in Salesforce.com.

Channel Marketing Manager (EMEA) (Position Located in Berlin, Germany)

The Channel Marketing Manager, EMEA is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plays to/through/with channel partners in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This position will be a channel marketer who will drive channel revenue as the regional owner of the joint marketing programme. You will work with channel sales and eligible partners to proactively plan joint marketing activities. In addition, you will support the global channel marketing strategy by localizing global campaigns and executing new regional campaigns to recruit, enable and accelerate partners as part of the KnowBe4 Partner Programme.

The Regional Account Manager position is responsible for managing the customer accounts in their assigned territory and maximizing all sales opportunities within those accounts. More specifically, this position will be charged with promoting and selling KnowBe4’s products and services to small and  medium sized businesses (organizations with 101 – 999 employees), with the objective to achieve and exceed monthly sales quota. This can be achieved by targeting new business as well as reactivating dark (lapsed) customer accounts.
