Director of Environmental, Heath and Safety
We are looking for a Director of Environmental, Health and Safety to oversee the creation and development of a Global Environment Health & Safety (EHS) strategy and toolkit. You will provide team leadership and coaching on achieving world-class performance related to environmental health and safety and coordinating all interaction with internal and external EHS resources. You will manage EHS team at our operations to comply with all applicable regulations and to create the necessary standards to achieve a safe and productive workplace and minimize the impact to the environment.
You will report into our SVP of Operations, and can be based in one of our four locations: San Carlos, CA, San Jose, CA, Devens, MA, or Natick, MA . This is an in-person, onsite position with 25% travel requirement.
Catalyst Layer Engineer

We are looking for Catalyst Layer Engineers to join our R&D Laboratory. You will help us install and operate different analytical instrumentation and develop methods for analyzing catalysts.
You will work onsite in our Lab in Natick, MA, and report to the Catalyst Tech Lead.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, characterize and test electrodes
- Implement DOE and preliminary engineering studies
- Support teams with complex laboratory tasks

Project Coordinator
Houston, Texas, United States
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who will help deploy Electric Hydrogen’s equipment to customer sites. You will be the lead person overseeing the receipt and offload of equipment deliveries as part of an on-site Deployment Team. You will provide support to the Senior Project Manager in execution of field assembly contracts. You will help develop management systems to support multiple parallel customer site deployments of green hydrogen electrolysis projects.
You will serve projects located within 50-100 miles radius of Houston Metro area. At least 75% travel to customer project sites is required for this position. You will report into the Deployment Manager.
Control Systems Technician
Devens, MA
As a Control Systems Technician, you will carry out assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control systems infrastructure and equipment. You will be responsible for both low-voltage control wiring and higher-voltage power wiring and will work on a variety of internally-developed and third-party systems and machines. You will work closely with Controls Engineers on the Manufacturing team, as well as both technicians and engineers from a variety of adjacent working groups.
You will be based on-site at our facility in Devens, MA, and will report to our Automation Controls & Equipment Engineer. Up to 20% travel may be required for this position.

Power Electronics Program Management CoOp

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scope, schedule, deliverables for important projects. You will monitor and guide the projects to meet on-time delivery by working with engineers at Electric Hydrogen. You will work with Program management and Power Systems team to manage complex projects – work prioritization, planning and task delegation.
You will work onsite at our facility in San Jose, CA and will report to the Director of Program Management.
Senior Pipe Stress Engineer
San Carlos, California, United States
We are looking for a Senior Pipe Stress Engineer to join our product engineering team. You will play an important role in the development of renewable hydrogen product plants at industrial scale. You will design our next generation of hydrogen plants and carry your design ideas from prototype and pilot scale testing into implementation in our product scale customer plants. You will work with the process, structural and mechanical design engineering team to manage design requirements, improve scope interfaces and generate piping designs which guide the cost of electrolytically generated hydrogen lower than the costs of fossil hydrogen.
You will be based in San Carlos, CA and can work on a hybrid basis. You will report to the Director of Mechanical Design Engineering, Fluid Systems.
Senior System Validation Engineer

We are looking for a System Validation Engineer to join our team. You will ensure plant requirements are verified and validated prior to deployment. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders including fluid system, power conversion, controls, electrolysis, and test engineering teams.
You will be based between the San Carlos, CA and San Jose facilities and can work on a hybrid basis. customer and other company sites. You will report to the Manager, Systems Engineering.
Supply Chain Planner
Devens, MA
The Supply Chain team is looking for a Supply Chain Planner who will have the responsibility of setting up a modern materials planning operation.
You will work at our Devens, MA site in a hybrid or onsite capacity, reporting into the Director of Supply Chain & Procurement.
Role and Responsibilities
- Interface between Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, and Suppliers teams to align schedules and demand for assembly components
- Help structure and align our Engineering and Manufacturing bills of materials into actionable planning signals for the Supply Chain and Production teams
- Identify potential risks to builds, the duration of the impact, and opportunities to mitigate those risks
- Manage full product lifecycle demand and supply planning signals, with an emphasis on the transition from development to production
- Be the link between Inventory and Finance/Accounting to monitor and prevent overages or underages over the plan of record
- Create tools and improve planning processes to help the supply chain operate
- Manage MRP and product/project schedule agreement
- Maintain product master data in the system of record
