Executive Admin

Fremont, CA

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform an extensive range of administrative tasks such as calendar management, expenses, coordination of complex international and domestic travel itineraries, etc.
  • Coordinate, arrange, and run logistics for staff meetings and a variety of other meetings, including preparing meeting materials ahead of time
  • Document meeting minutes as well as manage and track action items
  • Plan and coordinate employee/client events
  • Heavy calendar, managing logistics for meetings, conference room assignments and room maintenance, complex itineraries and travel, etc.
  • Receive and direct external visitors
  • Research and compile briefing documents in preparation for meetings and interviews

Sales Analyst

Fremont, CA

  • Coordinate sales proposal process and generate quotes
  • Provide creative input to bid strategy
  • Track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce.com CRM systems
  • Manage all CRM system reporting, improvements and modifications
  • Generate Sales reports & Presentations, and present to a wide variety of stake holders

Field Application Engineer

Fremont, CA

Responsibilities include:

  • Test and commission Nextracker Power Plant product offerings in test yards and project installations
  • Develop and execute plans to expand Fremont HQ and Brazil test capabilities.
  • Develop maintenance procedures and other operational documentation, such as commissioning procedures.
  • Provide technical support for Nextracker customers.
  • Support testing engineers in the execution of performance, functionality, and grid code compliance test plans of inverters, battery DCDC converters, and PV optimizers both in Fremont Nextracker test yard, Brazil Nextracker test yard, and at the NREL in Colorado (will require occasional travel)

Tool Department Manager

Fremont, CA

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain technical understanding of PV solar tracking systems associated tools
  • Have strong customer care experience and be able to effectively communicate resolutions for customer concerns
  • Supervision of multiple team members including coordinators and technicaians
  • Assure key documentation and training is available for all tooling
  • Oversee the daily project work flow of the team members in Nextrackers Tool Department
  • Schedule onsite tool training, maintenance programs, subcontractor training, quality control
  • Provide customer field support for installation and quality control
  • Support Nextracker product procurement, logistics, and inventory
