Senior Accounts Payable Accountant
Antora is seeking a hands-on, talented, motivated individual to join our company as a Senior Accounts Payable Accountant. As part of our team, you process invoices, reconcile company credit card payments and track key financial data in our accounting system. You assist multiple departments in ensuring financial information is appropriately reported and stored according to IRS and state guidelines. Our ideal candidate has five or more years of experience in accounts payable, close attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
CAM Programmer (Contract)
We’re hiring a CAM Programmer on a 3–5 week contract to support the in-house bring-up of our ARI program at Dado. Our in-house CAM team is producing ~27 of the ~65 new mods; we need a hands-on contractor to deliver the remaining 38, prove them out on our Haas GM-1, and formally train our production techs in the process. This is a one-time project; the work transitions back to our internal team at the end of the engagement.
Manager, Manufacturing & NPI Engineering
Antora is searching for an experienced manufacturing engineering leader to lead our Manufacturing & NPI Engineering team in San Jose, CA. You will lead the function responsible for translating product designs into safe, repeatable, and scalable manufacturing processes, ensuring that Antora’s thermal battery modules can be built safely, reliably, and at increasing scale.
In this role, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for manufacturing process development, new product introduction, design-for-manufacturability, tooling, work instructions, manufacturing systems, and production readiness including released processes, trained operators, validated tooling, accurate manufacturing bills of materials, and clear launch criteria. You will partner closely with design engineering, production, supply chain, quality, and factory expansion teams to turn evolving product designs into scalable manufacturing processes.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who enjoys both developing people and solving complex manufacturing problems on the shop floor. In the near term, you will help drive manufacturing excellence at Antora’s San Jose facility while translating today’s production learnings into the processes, equipment, and factory requirements that support Antora’s next stage of scale.
Inbound Quality Technician (Swing Shift)
The Inbound Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring that all incoming materials and products meet the company’s quality standards before they are accepted into inventory. This role involves inspecting, testing, and verifying the quality of inbound goods, maintaining detailed records. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
The Quality Technician role is a full-time, site-based position.
Senior / Staff Turbomachinery Systems Engineer
Antora Energy is building thermal energy storage plants that deliver zero-carbon industrial heat and power at scale. We are looking for a Senior / Staff Turbomachinery Systems Engineer to lead the definition, integration, and execution of the power island across our heat-to-power and combined heat and power projects.
As a key member of Antora’s engineering team, you will own steam turbine system architecture for heat-to-power and CHP applications, making cross-functional trade-off decisions across thermal, mechanical, process, electrical, and controls systems. Your work will directly influence plant cost, performance, reliability, operability, and execution risk.
You will work closely with EPC partners, turbine OEMs, and internal engineering teams to translate project requirements into executable designs that meet Antora’s technical and commercial objectives. This role will shape projects from early concept development through execution, commissioning, operations, and future fleet optimization.
We are also looking for someone who is excited to improve how engineering work gets done. You will help identify and apply AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate analysis, streamline technical evaluations, and increase team leverage across design, execution, and operations.
Senior Process Engineer
Antora Energy is building thermal energy storage systems that deliver zero-carbon industrial heat and power at scale. We are seeking a self-driven, hands-on Process Engineer to help scope, define, and design balance-of-plant systems for Antora’s thermal energy storage projects across test, pilot, and commercial deployments.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will own process engineering deliverables for industrial-scale systems, including heat and mass balances, process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, equipment requirements, and cross-functional design reviews. Your work will directly support the testing, scale-up, and commercial deployment of Antora’s novel solid-state thermal battery technology.
