- Greeting and directing trainees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while managing sign-in and office procedures.
- Managing the visitor management system and maintaining accurate logs.
- Assisting employees with video conferences and troubleshooting meeting room equipment.
- Preparing and maintaining break rooms, coffee stations, showrooms, conference rooms and training spaces.
- Coordinating catering needs, including set-up and notifications.

The LCU/HVAC Electrical Engineer at Sungrow North America’s Training Center is responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs covering Sungrow’s Liquid Cooling Unit (LCU), HVAC, ESS, PCS, and inverter technologies. This role ensures service engineers, vendor partners, and customers gain a clear understanding of system design, operation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Working closely with Product Engineering, R&D, and Service teams, the engineer develops technical documentation, maintains training materials, supports hands-on demonstrations, and continuously improves training programs to promote safe, reliable, and efficient field operations.

The Security Engineer (Network & Identity) is a hands-on engineering role within the IT team responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and automating Sungrow USA’s network security, PKI and certificate management, and identity & access infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments. This role serves as the technical owner for network security architecture, cryptographic services, certificate lifecycle management, authentication, and access controls. The position focuses on Zero Trust security, network segmentation, certificate-based authentication, and identity protection to reduce organizational risk and enable secure business operations and platform ownership rather than SOC operations, threat monitoring, or incident response.

The Technical Quality Project Engineer serves as the program-level owner of engineering change (ECO) and rework execution, responsible for architecting and managing end-to-end project lifecycles across multiple concurrent initiatives. This role acts as the primary first point of contact (initial response window owner) for both internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring timely intake, technical triage, and structured escalation of rework-related issues.
A critical component of this role is the prioritization and sequencing of rework projects using risk-based frameworks that account for customer impact, technical severity, system criticality, and resource constraints. The engineer applies advanced project planning methodologies, data-driven prioritization models, and execution strategies to optimize resource allocation and accelerate resolution of high-impact field issues.
Acting as a cross-functional integration lead, the engineer synchronizes Field Service, Supply Chain, Quality, and third-party partners through structured governance, ensuring rapid response, schedule adherence, cost control, and technical compliance across all phases of project execution.

Working under the guidance of Engineers and Repair Center Leads, this position supports repair operations through accurate diagnostics, component replacement, functional testing, commissioning support, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement activities. Depending on assigned functional responsibilities, the Technician may perform repair center operations, travel to customer sites, or support field service and commissioning activities.

This role supports areas of field Service operation within Sungrow USA related to commissioning, warranty, and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the expanding installed sites in the region. Reporting to the regional field service supervisor, this position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and commissioning support of PV inverters and ancillary equipment/ systems, usually at the customer’s site or at a staging yard/warehouse. This position will comply with the Safety Mandate, “ZERO HARM,” to ensure safe and efficient work and operation of the facility for all personnel and equipment. Ensures that personnel and safety issues are given priority to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Implements and enforces safety management policy and procedures regarding the facility: safety information, hazard analysis, safe operations/Maintenance Training, subcontractor compliance, plant integrity, work permits, emergency planning, and response.
