Sourcing Manager, Foundation Equipment
We are seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing, planning, and production readiness focusing on the foundation equipment, specifically pile driving equipment. The role will involve translating NX product requirements to external equipment manufacturers to ensure that the supply chain is production ready, scalable, and cost-effective.
Sourcing Strategy & Supplier Management
- Equipment Sourcing: Partner with Product Management and Engineering to develop a supplier chain strategy in line with the Equipment product road map transitioning from legacy to the next generation products. Knowledge of supply base and industry contacts in pile driving equipment or similar heavy machinery industries will be key to success of developing sources.
- Industrialization Strategy: Develop strategies to control cost, improve capacity and delivery of equipment suppliers or sub suppliers as they scale with the NX products growth.
- Risk Assessment and mitigation of legacy suppliers who are sole source or poor performing by developing risk controls with incumbents around capacity, cost, geopolitical risks and/or developing alternates sources.
- Develop strategic supplier relationships with critical equipment or component suppliers while aggregating low spend suppliers to a strategic few. Partner with suppliers to lead improvement projects around lead time reduction, value engineering and continuous improvement projects.
- Lead Bid and quote analysis, negotiate pricing, execute contracts, support onboarding to support NX product ramps globally
- Develop and support after service supply chain by developing suppliers for meeting spares and fleet demand. Provide oversight of execution by resolving commercial bottlenecks, resolving supplier escalations and mitigating operational risks
- Report to leadership on supply chain risk, readiness, and timelines
Planning & Production Readiness
- Oversight of forecast, demand planning, allocations and procurement processes streamlining hand offs and identifying bottlenecks between business units and NX functional teams. Drive accountability between sales, planning, operations and procurement and where needed be the change agent to drive efficiency.
- Develop readiness plans for early builds, pilots, and scaled production
- Administration of internal planning tools needing sourcing inputs around allocation rules, cost reference settings, price list and quote database
- Coordinate build readiness with internal and external assembly teams and play active role in make vs buy decisions.
Delivery Manager – Supply Chain
In this role you will report to the Director, North America Supply Chain.
The Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain execution of contracted projects from 70% confidence through final delivery (typical lifecycle ~26 weeks).
This role represents Supply Chain as the single point of accountability to Project Management, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that materials, planning, logistics, and supplier performance align with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
The Delivery Manager governs project-level supply chain planning and execution, drives on-time supplier shipment and project delivery performance, and ensures system integrity within Nextpower’s planning environment (Anaplan). This role partners cross-functionally to mitigate delivery risks, maintain data accuracy, and enable operational excellence across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Supply Chain Ownership & Execution
- Own supply chain execution for assigned projects from 70% handoff through fulfillment completion.
- Represent Supply Chain in 70%, 90%, and 100% project handoff reviews, proactively identifying risks related to BOM alignment, NPI status, domestic content requirements, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure project delivery plans align with contractual agreements and commercial commitments.
- Serve as the primary supply chain interface for Project Managers and Sales, providing clear visibility into supply status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Planning & System Governance (Anaplan / ERP)
- Ensure new contracted projects are accurately planned, allocated, and maintained in Nextpower’s planning system (Anaplan).
- Validate supply allocation against demand and contractual timelines to ensure feasible delivery plans.
- Support testing, deployment, and adoption of Anaplan enhancements to accelerate planning system transformation.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of supply chain planning data, including master data, allocations, and data flows across systems.
Supplier & Delivery Performance Management
- Drive supplier On-Time Shipment (OTS) performance to support regional project On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
- Monitor and resolve PO vs. SO variances to align supply with demand until project completion.
- Troubleshoot delivery constraints by coordinating closely with Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, and Project Management teams.
- Ensure compliance with agreed logistics terms (Incoterms, shipment timing, routing) and contractual delivery conditions.
Cross-Functional Risk Management & Coordination
- Act as the central coordination point between Engineering, Sourcing, NPI, Planning, Logistics, and Project Operations to ensure supply chain readiness.
- Identify supply risks early (capacity, lead time shifts, NPI readiness, supplier constraints) and drive mitigation strategies.
- Support resolution of escalations impacting delivery timelines or customer commitments.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Build operational excellence by standardizing delivery processes, improving planning accuracy, and reducing delivery variability.
- Drive lean process improvements within project supply chain execution to minimize expedites, disruptions, and inefficiencies.
- Contribute to development of scalable best practices across regions to improve supply chain predictability and service performance.
Internal Controls Manager

In this crucial role, you will contribute significantly to our team’s strategy, growth, process excellence, and innovation. We are looking for a highly effective individual with a proven track record in comprehending business processes, identifying risks, and addressing control gaps. It is essential that you possess strong discernment and emotional intelligence, as well as the ability to translate business knowledge into practical solutions. Your role will involve the following:
- Collaborating cross-functionally to support the evolving SOX landscape and drive process improvement, serving as a strategic advisor to the company.
- Providing end-to-end business knowledge and expertise to assist in SOX readiness activities and the maturation of the SOX program.
- Taking ownership of assigned process areas, gaining a comprehensive grasp of business process activities, controls, relevant company policies, and external accounting and reporting guidelines, and acting as a subject matter authority for each area.
- Working with existing functional teams within the organization to review current processes, identify risk areas and areas for improvement, and design controls to mitigate risk and exposure, thereby minimizing operational surprises.
- Assessing and documenting new projects, processes, and systems that impact SOX, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Leading process walkthroughs, tests of design (TOD), and tests of effectiveness (TOE) to evaluate compliance with internal controls and implementation.
- Partnering with the business to ensure up-to-date, accurate, and properly handled SOX documentation, including flowcharts and controls.
- Participating in annual and interactive SOX planning and scoping activities to understand significant changes in the SOX environment.
- Evaluating audit findings, identifying control gaps and deficiencies, and collaborating with SOX leadership to prepare impact assessments and remediation plans. Reporting and coordinating the remediation plan with relevant stakeholders.

The Business Development Manager, Services, is a commercial leader responsible for accelerating growth within Nextpower’s tracker tools and services portfolio. This role owns sales growth, market expansion strategy, and builds customer relationships across the utility-scale solar industry. You will lead sales cycles from opportunity creation through contract execution, partnering cross-functionally to bring new offerings to market and deliver measurable customer value.
