Senior Analyst, Project Finance [Hybrid/ Remote]

US, Any City

The Senior Analyst, Project Finance is a key member of the Project Finance team responsible for creating project pro forma spreadsheets, arriving at pricing, financial structuring, valuation, and metric conclusions for renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, storage etc, and working with the Project Finance group in transactions. The analyst will support project finance transaction fundings/closings for utility scale renewable energy projects. The analyst will also assist in preparing project confidential information memorandums and presentations to management for internal approvals.

Solar Technician [On-site]

US, OH, Mount Sterling

This position, under specific direction from the site manager, or his/her designee, maintains photovoltaic power and energy storage systems. The scope includes, but not limited to full system installation, commissioning, maintenance, system performance evaluation and troubleshooting of power and energy systems.

Accountant Portfolio Reporting [Hybrid]

The Accountant position has the responsibility of ensuring all appropriate and significant transactions at the Company and its power projects are properly researched, documented, and recorded in accordance with supporting authoritative US GAAP and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) guidance.

Advanced Wind Technician [Limited Term and On-site]

The qualified Advanced Wind Technician performs unsupervised field maintenances on specific turbine types and has the ability to train others on maintenances and resets for these specific turbine types. The advanced level technician is expected to understand and follow procedures as provided through service manuals, Control Instructions, Work Instructions and other pertinent documents or instructions as provided by company supervisory personnel. The advanced technician is expected to know and follow established safety guidelines and will seek guidance in matters for which they may be uncertain or unfamiliar.

Financial Reporting & Consolidation Analyst [Hybrid]

The individual will oversee the consolidation of the EDF Renewables financial statements in Business Objects Financial Consolidation (BOFC) under the supervision of the Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting and Consolidation. The individual will apply his/her knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures, and will work as part of the Consolidation Department. He/she will understand and assist in meeting the needs of the Corporate Consolidation Department at the parent company EDF Renouvelables in Paris, France. This position works closely with members of the EDF Renewables FCPA, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, the Executive Management team, our French parent-company EDF Renouvelables and their corresponding KPMG auditors.

Contract & Procurement Intern [Hybrid]

As a Contracts & Procurement Intern, an individual will work in a fast-paced team and will play a central role in supporting supply chain activities such as negotiation, sourcing, and purchasing needs of the entire Atlantic Shores portfolio, as well as engage in reporting and documentation activities. This is a hybrid role that could be based in our Camden, NJ, Brooklyn, NY or Boston, MA area office. Hybrid work requires at least 3 days a week on average onsite.

This position will allow an intern to perform assignments that will develop professional working knowledge and abilities through involvement with a wide variety of C&P activities, all in support of designing and delivering on the Atlantic Shores’ offshore wind portfolio generally, or a specific project within same. As an intern, you will exercise limited, but increasing, judgment in performing your assigned duties using methods prescribed by your supervisor.

Senior Contracts Manager [Hybrid]

The successful candidate will have solid track record in formation of contracts (e.g., master service agreements, consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements), primarily using corporate approved templates; coordinate contract document execution, reviewing contract documents and contract language, coordinating often with engineering/construction disciplines, environmental consultants, information technology companies, O&M companies and other contractors/subcontractors. The candidate will cultivate and build relationships with the Business units to clearly and cooperatively define scopes of work, payment methods, and scheduling and other job requirements. Candidate will assist the Legal Department in reviewing and addressing counterparty contract comments and requested changes. In addition, the candidate will assist the Legal Department with typical paralegal-related duties associated with litigation and corporate governance.

Lead Solar Engineer [Remote]

This position works with various EDF Renewables business units and is directly responsible for; defining the solar resource, energy and performance assessments, PV field designs, optimization efforts for projects, data analysis, meteorological stations, engineering calculations, performance engineering, technical support, and value engineering solutions. The Support Services Wind Technician, under specific direction from the Support Services Manager, maintains equipment, including but not limited to preventive maintenance and repairs as needed. This field technician will be expected to travel for extended periods of time working on EDF Renewable Energy projects as needed. When the Support Services Wind Technician is not traveling, he/she will be based at his/her assigned home site and will be directed by the Site Manager for that site. While traveling on behalf of EDF Renewable Energy/Renewable Services, you are expected to represent our organization and our core values at all times.
