As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

  • Develop high-quality software design and architecture

As a Contracts Manager, you will:

  • Support contract management for the USA
  • Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute a variety of contracts including but not limited to commercial supply agreements, Amendment and Deeds of Novation
  • Ensure adherence to contract policies, processes, and guidelines necessary to maintain secure contract documentation in the contract database
  • Develop the ability to learn Nextracker’s commercial risk profile, understand how to adapt content to mitigate risks, and help develop strategies to minimize potential risks to the business
  • Manage the contract lifecycle process, prepare all required documentation, coordinate business and legal approval, and obtain appropriate signatures. Assist with the continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract formation and management processes, without compromising compliance
