Business Systems & Process Integration Specialist
The Business Systems & Process Integration Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and integrating data, workflows, and reporting across multiple platforms, including Airtable, Power BI, SharePoint, the Document Management System (DMS), and JotForm. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, transparency, and accessibility while enabling efficient operational processes for both internal teams and external vendors. The Specialist will develop and maintain performance tracking systems, oversee KPI data sourcing, manage document lifecycle processes, and ensure reporting consistency across historical and current data sets. They will act as a bridge between operational teams, leadership, and technical stakeholders, working closely with Asset Management, Field Services, and other departments to identify needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable process improvements. As a Key Account Manager, you will be a front-line revenue driver for Sungrow Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage in North America. You will own key accounts, open new doors, and close complex, high-impact energy storage deals with developers, EPCs, IPPs, utilities, CCAs, and distributors.
Success in this role is measured by results: revenue, margin, pipeline growth, and closed business. You will be supported and expected to operate like a true owner of your territory and accounts.

Sungrow USA is seeking a highly capable Corporate Paralegal to serve as the operational backbone of the Legal Department. This role will lead legal operations Sungrow USA and will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enforcing the systems, workflows, and processes that enable Legal to operate efficiently, consistently, and at scale.
The role will serve as the system owner for Sungrow USA’s contract lifecycle management platform (Ironclad), ensuring that all contracts are initiated, reviewed, approved, executed, stored, and reported through Ironclad in accordance with Legal Department requirements. This position will also partner closely with the Sales Contract Management team and other business stakeholders to standardize contracting processes and reinforce the Legal Department’s requirements across the organization.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring strong organizational, systems, and process-management skills, as well as the confidence to enforce legal standards while supporting business objectives.
Senior Key Account Manager-Energy Storage
As a key member of sales organization to accomplish the revenue, margin and account receivable target set on annual basis. The candidate will need to manage key accounts and maintain long-term partnership. The candidate will work with all major utilities, developers and IPPs to drive the utility business. The candidate will perform in business development role for potential market segment or new market segment. The candidate will also need to perform in the following areas including but not limited to:
- Help to develop product marketing strategy and implementation schedule;
- Help company to gain better brand recognition by assisting trade shows and other public functions;
- Collect market information, including but not limited to, emerging market data, industry trend, product standard and competitor’s information;
- The candidate will need to abide company rules, submit monthly work summary and work plan for the next month, timely communicate with HQ;
- Other assigned tasks as required.
This role will report to the Director of Sales, Energy Storage Business.
