Principal Domain Engineer – Cloud (Hybrid) (#23-66991)
The Principal Domain Engineer – Cloud is a hands-on senior technical leader accelerating Cloud journey by partnering with application and engineering teams to leverage innovative technologies and drive business value. Operating at forefront of Cloud technology adoption, ensures successful implementation, stability, and availability of public and private Cloud platforms that support organization’s needs. Coordinates and governs Cloud initiatives across enterprise, leading execution of organization’s strategy for moving critical IT infrastructure to the Cloud, to align with industry-leading practices. Identifies, evaluates, and advises on strategic prioritization of technology opportunities to further accelerate Cloud capabilities to meet future organizational needs.
Clean Transportation Policy Manager (Hybrid) (#23-67083)
Responsible for leading a team to develop workable public policy strategies, positions and mechanisms that support Clean Transportation’s business plans and objectives. Consults with subject matter experts, business and financial analysts and operational departments in crafting comprehensive and consistent positions and arguments that position Clean Transportation to achieve its strategies in the market and in the regulatory and legislative arenas. Develops and implements strategic clean transportation policy initiatives. Partners with key stakeholders in Sacramento and San Francisco offices to influence strategic clean transportation policy.

The Senior Domain Engineer – Cloud leads design, planning, management, maintenance and support for Cloud-based systems, platforms, and/or applications. Leveraging a Cloud-first mindset, drives continuous innovation and improvement in Company’s Cloud Environment, leveraging DevSecOps practices to build, run, and maintain critical applications in the Cloud, leveraging the innersource model of collaboration. Governmental Affairs Manager – State Agency Affairs (Hybrid) (#23-67082)
Under the guidance of the Regional VP of External Relations the Governmental Affairs Manager is responsible for advocating policies consistent with the policies of San Diego Gas and Electric and SoCalGas. Focus could include policies impacting the state including reliability, utility safety, affordability, utility services and environmental policies. This position develops and manages outreach strategies that maintain and leverage state legislative relationships, identifies opportunities, and gains access for cooperation among key policy makers within the legislature; as well as key influential state, community and business leaders. Coordinate with local community relations in the region. Leverage internal resources to effectively implement strategies driving company priorities and initiatives.
Fleet Sustainability Manager (Hybrid) (#23-67067)
The primary purpose of the Fleet Sustainability Manager is to drive towards and enable the transition of SDG&E’s current fleet to a 100% electric vehicle (EV) fleet by 2035. The Fleet Sustainability Manager will lead change management efforts for the fleet transition to include understanding our fleet acquisition/transition plan, EV charging requirements and planning as well as Hydrogen fueling requirements and coordinating the teams that oversee systems development (EV Charging / Hydrogen fueling management systems). The Fleet Sustainability Manager will need to have a solid grasp of the breadth of SDG&E’s operations across both the electric and gas domains as well as experience with implementing systems involving significant change management efforts.
Master Meter Scheduling and Construction Project Manager (Hybrid) (#23-66557)
Manages and coordinates all project scheduling, procurement and construction activities leading to the successful completion of Mobilehome Park Utility Upgrade Program (MHPUUP) gas and electric infrastructure projects including: project scope, cost estimates, budgeting, schedule, design, permitting, construction, and start-up.
Gas Operations Compliance Coordinator (Hybrid) (#23-66852)
Supports company gas emergency response and gas compliance Maintenance & Inspection activities within the SDG&E service territory by quickly and efficiently coordinating these efforts with Gas Technical Services (GTS) Supervision, Region Engineering (RE), Field Utilities Specialists, Construction Managers at C&O Centers, and Construction Services. Adheres to mandated policies, procedures and internal company standards in support of emergency response and compliance activities.
