Senior Analyst for Energy Efficiency | The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) | Sacramento, San Francisco, or Los Angeles
California utilities’ energy efficiency program portfolio is over 60% sourced from third party entities. The learnings from the shift to third party programs have led to recent reform of the utilities third party solicitation policies. These reforms, along with new equity and market support opportunities being solicited in the utilities’ energy efficiency portfolios, should improve the diversity and innovation of bids attracted through the solicitation process.
This senior level analyst will lead from CPUC the Utilities’ the solicitation of energy efficiency programs and see through this shift the solicitation process to bring new and innovative programs into the portfolio. The senior analyst will also evaluate the success of CPUC policies to ensure California has a robust, competitive, and equitable energy efficiency program solicitations process to reach and exceed savings goals, delivering greater energy efficiency and bill savings to California energy customers.
The position may be filled in Sacramento, San Francisco, or Los Angeles. Must be a US Citizen or green card holder.
