Sr Solution Analyst (Hybrid) (#22-65214)

The Senior Solution Analyst operates within a team to configure solutions and applications according to business requirements in order to automate or enable business processes. Drives execution of product and process design, identifies and documents business requirements, creates and maintains relevant documentation, and ensures systems and applications meet user needs. Adapts existing systems for use cases throughout the enterprise. Leads systems administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement within area of responsibility. Leads creation and maintenance of relevant documentation pertaining to applications, systems, IT procedures, or cybersecurity and risk management reporting as required by their team.

Group Product Manager (Hybrid) (#22-65143)

The Group Product Manager is primarily responsible for defining the roadmap, vision, and prioritization of the product portfolio based on value for the customer. Takes full responsibility for a group of scrum teams and their products with authority to direct the product group work. Uses understanding of the market, customer needs and requirements, and the products to inform direction.

Interacts frequently with customers, drafting objectives and strategies and driving innovation through products or services. Provides oversight to the maintenance and operations of products within their group, ensuring adherence to relevant safety & compliance, regulatory, cybersecurity and legal standards. Provides management and oversight of their respective Product Owners as it relates to people development, career coaching, and performance feedback responsibilities.

Scrum Master Team Lead (Hybrid) (#22-65332)

The Scrum Master Team Lead is a team leader who is primarily focused on complex and strategic work products with responsibility for facilitating the Scrum process and the overall health of their product team. Proactively anticipates problems and opportunities for improvement. Coordinates planning activities so team can focus on delivering its sprint commitments. Using agile methods and processes to coach team and Product Owner through complex problem solving and solutioning strategies. Works on teams that are delivering complex and/or strategic work products, which require developing relationships with vendors, clients, and leadership to advocate for team, navigate organizational dynamics, and remove impediments to facilitate team’s success. Supervises other scrum masters, coaching them in agile ways of working and facilitation, and providing leadership.

Safety Advisor (#22-65159)

Manage Safety projects, training, assigned safety programs and basic ergonomic evaluations. Responsible for the management and development of project scope, budget, schedule and resource requirements. Independently, manage several concurrent projects, assignments and activities. Lead company safety programs including SMITH System driving, AED program, safety training and other programs assigned. Provide health and safety guidance to internal and external stakeholders/customers.

Sr. Category Management Advisor/Software or IT (#22-64756)

Oversees entire procurement process for highest risk/value and complexity categories. Coordinates with stakeholders and integrates their requirements into the sourcing and contracting processes. Develops and issues high value/risk Request for Proposal (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs). Coordinates and leads proposal reviews, evaluations and recommendations for contract awards. Works with Category Managers to support the development and execution of category plans that identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, drive cost savings, manage/mitigate risk, improve safety, drive innovation, and ensure the continuous development of categories managed. Provides guidance and mentors other Category Management Advisors.

Customer Programs Policy Advisor (#22-63361)

The Customer Programs Policy Advisor is responsible for high-level planning and provides a key support function for various customer programs activities related to sustainability, resiliency, affordability and accessibility. This position frequently provides guidance and recommendations to the Customer Programs operations, implementation staff and leadership. This includes working with regulators and other external parties on existing and emerging policy issues, assisting with the policy and compliance phases of program administration and preparing regulatory filings and other materials.

Business Systems Advisor  (#22-64749)

Responsible for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements of existing systems within the business unit. To provide a leadership role in an effort to analyze, develop specifications, implement and support systems; apply structured systems development methodology to ensure optimum benefit, conduct audits pertaining to the design, implementation and operation of systems and enhancements; analyze, evaluate and report on audit findings; perform systems acceptance testing and contract administration duties.

Engineer I/Senior Engineer (#22-65206)

Prepare or assist in the preparation of engineering designs, specifications, standards, studies, cost estimates and the development of sound technical recommendations, in support of projects and tasks managed by others within the department or other departments. Responsible for engineering calculations to solve problems for new facilities and repairs/modifications to existing facilities related to the SDGE electric and gas transmission/distribution system. Works on more complex projects than a lower level engineer.

Senior Engineer – Transmission Planning (#22-65254)

Normally designated as a lead engineer. As such, provides work direction to subordinate engineers and/or acts as a project leader over the more complex or major engineering projects and/or studies.
