According to the 2022 IPCC Report, the next three years are imperative for curbing the impacts of climate change. Therefore, it is high time that everyone prioritizes the clean transition.
As we celebrate Mother’s Day, Women in Cleantech and Sustainability invite Science Moms to speak to the influence parents can have in the climate fight. Science Moms, a non-profit lead by eleven expert climate scientists, is determined to inspire action in parents since climate change is harming kids’ futures. During this happy hour, marketing specialist Anne-Marie Kline will share the strategies that Science Moms use to ignite action. Science Moms is a nonpartisan group of mothers who work in climate science and are concerned about the future their kids will face. Together, they have over a century of experience studying our changing climate and the effects it will have on our kids and their kids after that. As a team, they aim to break down climate change in ways that are simple, fresh and relevant to moms. And give them tangible ways to take action.
