We are seeking a Flexible Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering client successes. The Project Manager will possess a strong business acumen, a passion for working on projects that lead toward a clean, greener world and an entrepreneurial spirit seeking new, creative solutions. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and delivering
project deliverables as defined by the client’s scope of work. In addition, the ideal candidate drives the project process by focusing on meeting performance KPIs. This requires aligning our approach starting from the client’s business objectives, through requirements, delivery and continuous improvement. At the end of the day, the Project Manager will know that the work they’re leading is making a difference in the client’s business and the earth.

▪ Work Location: Remote, work from home. If local, optional work space at Industrious.
▪ Reports to: President of Company
▪ Time commitment: This is a full-time role where life-work balance is a priority. We will establish a consistent schedule that meets your personal needs.
▪ Compensation: Highly competitive and scaled to client project needs and your experience and talents. Underpaying is a thing of the past.
▪ Title: Depending on experience, the role may be Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
▪ Drive development and execution of project plans
▪ Clear project tracking of timelines, milestones, budget and deliverables
▪ Ensures work execution meets or exceeds project KPIs
▪ Create, maintain, and communicate project plans engaging stakeholders across the organization while aligning and supporting both company and business unit strategies
▪ Serves as trusted consultant to leadership, maximizing project opportunities and minimizing risks
▪ Manage external business or supplier partner relationships
Ideal qualifications
▪ Education: College graduate from a top-ranked institution. Record of academic excellence (3.7+ GPA). Preference for engineering, business, or analytical-related majors
▪ Rigor: High degree of organization and attention to detail
▪ Critical thinking skills: Enjoys applying logical thinking to break down complex problems, identify patterns, and defend findings
▪ Writing skills: Exceptional writer with impeccable grammar and spelling
▪ MS Office: Advanced and extensive experience with PowerPoint and Excel
▪ Personality traits: Curious, entrepreneurial, love of learning, looking for schedule flexibility, detail-oriented, open-minded, and sense of humor
