Sr. Director, Portfolio Asset Management
Our client is looking for Director/Sr. Director of Portfolio Asset Management to guide the performance of their loan and investment portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience managing specialty lending portfolios with a diversified set of clients and product design. The Director of Portfolio Asset Management will spearhead a team of Relationship Managers and Financial Analysts to regularly analyze and provide real-time data to executive management, escalating troubled assets and determining the best course of action to return principal and, where possible, interest and fees. The fitting candidate will have a noteworthy history of managing diverse portfolios, working with troubled assets in specialty finance, high attention to detail, and demonstrated success in workout situations.
Project Development Leader
The Project Development Leader will have responsibilities related to land control, permitting & interconnection for green hydrogen projects worldwide. They will also be involved in customer relations & development. Additionally, the Development Leader will recruit for & manage the development team & report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. They will work to help our client accomplish their major goals: 300 megawatts under construction or in operation, 3,000 megawatts in the project pipeline & being IPO-ready, all by 2025.

Director, Origination
Our client is seeking a hardworking person with a passion to learn, grow, and source deal flow as a Director, Origination. The Director will be responsible for business development, supporting the growth of the company’s lending and investment platform for renewable energy infrastructure projects in the U.S. with a focus on solar and battery storage technologies.
You will report to the CEO and work closely with the Senior Management team and Associate Directors. You will have a business development background, and you might be self-described as a “deal junkie”. As a qualified candidate, you will have experience and familiarity with origination and negotiation, deal structuring, underwriting and execution associated with debt and/or equity investments.
The primary purpose of this position is to identify and originate development capital, venture debt, construction equity, and bridge lending opportunities for the company. In addition to direct outreach, activities may include working with relevant market participants, including permanent equity and debt providers, proposal development, and participation in RFP’s or similar processes. The Director team works in a fast-paced environment focused on execution of project finance transactions for projects across the continental US and Canada. You will work closely with the underwriting team throughout the deal closing process and the Asset Management team on post-closing processes, building upon ongoing relationships with developers, negotiating deals and making commercial decisions.
