Senior Domain Architect – SAP (Hybrid) (#21-59741)
The Senior Domain Architect works closely with executive leadership to define the technology strategy for their domain(s). Provides deep expertise in multiple areas related to the design of technology systems and tools. Provides specialized technical and business functional knowledge to product and capability groups (i.e., a collection of related teams within IT). Translates requirements into blueprints for complex business processes, data, infrastructure, applications or platforms to be configured or created. As the expert in domain(s), is accountable for the overall performance, standards, and direction of assigned domain(s). A domain is an organized set of components based on technology, business, or organizational similarities (e.g., Software Engineering, Applications, Platforms, Network, Gas Operations, etc.). Leads definition of technology or business architecture solutions, driving vision for technology in area of responsibility. Works closely with Enterprise Architects to ensure that the design patterns align with Enterprise standards. Provides technical thought leadership, applying emerging technology trends and practices within the industry to drive strategy and implementation. Researches, analyzes, designs, proposes, delivers and refines IT architecture solutions that are appropriate for the business and IT strategies. Ensures designs are optimized for scalability and flexible future use, driving the adoption of a microservices-enabled architecture.
Damage Prevention Analyst (#23-62633)
Execute strategies and actions that address reducing damages to pipelines cause by contractors, homeowners, and company personnel. Patrol excavation sites to provide on-the-spot education. Provide damage prevention training internally and to various external audiences.

Acts as liaison between Employee Care Services (ECS), business lines and employees requiring initiation and ongoing interaction related to the reasonable accommodations process under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), ADA Amendment Act (ADAAA) and the State of California Fair Employment Housing Act (FEHA). Audit self-insured and self-administered workers’ compensation, sickness, and leaves of absence to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, policies, industry best practices and Company benefit plans. Analyze and interpret historical data, identify trends, develop and conduct training, stay abreast of changing regulatory requirements.

Provides deep expertise in multiple areas related to the design of technology communication systems and tools. Provides specialized technical and business functional knowledge to product and capability groups (i.e., a collection of related teams within IT). Translates requirements into blueprints for complex business processes, data, infrastructure, applications or platforms to be configured or created. As the expert in electric and gas grid and transmission communications, is accountable for the overall performance, standards, and direction of assigned domain(s). Energy Efficiency Portfolio Manager (Hybrid) (#23-62372)
Oversee the management of the Energy Efficiency, Codes & Standards and Resiliency, Sustainability and Equity portfolios for the Customer Programs department at SDG&E. The role of this position is to help develop customer energy strategy (building electrification), ensure that our programs are fully compliant with all regulatory obligations and meet or exceed energy savings goals, oversee the filing of Energy Efficiency annual reports, operate all programs within budgets, work with Community Choice Aggregators, and reduce portfolio risk.
