Grant Administrator & Compliance Officer
Schneider Electric is seeking a passionate, highly organized, and detail-oriented Grant Administrator to join our Government Relations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating transversally with multiple business leaders and functions to administer grants and ensure compliance with key requirements of the government. The role includes close coordination and collaboration with an in-house grant writer, working in parallel with outside grant consultants, and overseeing the grant administration process at our company. You will work cross-functionally to understand and manage various grants and their implementation. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with grant regulations and manage lobbying filing reports, as well as work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with corporate wide commitments on ethics and compliance-related matters. Your expertise in grant administration and compliance will be crucial in supporting our business and government relations objectives, while maintaining the highest compliance and ethics standards for the corporation.
Grant Writer
Schneider Electric is seeking a skilled and experienced Grant Writer to join our dynamic Government Relations team. This new role will play a crucial role in securing federal and state grants to support our sustainability initiatives and drive innovation in the energy management industry. You will work cross-functionally within the organization, collaborating with various departments to identify funding opportunities and develop compelling grant proposals. Additionally, this role will partner with external consultants to co-manage grant applications and ensure successful outcomes. As part of the role, you will also be responsible for working with a Grant Administrator to create a first-of-a-kind process within the government relations team to streamline grant seeking and maximize effectiveness.
