Customer Success Manager

  • Manage all customer interactions post launch, including leading recurring meetings and delivering on key milestones.
  • Proactively manage customer relationships to ensure delivery of agreed upon customer objectives, support requests, and digital experience.
  • Identify and support expansion opportunities as well as manage accounts internally and externally  when there’s engagement and/or value risk with customers
  • Educate a wide variety of customer stakeholders and act as the main account manager for each customer.
  • Reports on important customer health metrics.
  • Will act as a decarbonization subject matter expert and be relied upon to help guide the customer as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborates cross functionally at Cleartrace: with product, sales, engineering, and marketing.
  • Work with product and marketing to upsell new capabilities and offerings into existing account business
  • Keep abreast of market trends and news impacting the companies and individuals you work with

Solutions Architect

  • Asks questions to understand pieces of the puzzle we solve for customers. Researches and vets possible solutions.
  • Presents ways of solving customer challenges through delivery and use of the Cleartrace platform.
  • Acts as the technical lead for Cleartrace when engaging similar technical stakeholders with prospects and customers in tandem with other members of the sales team.
  • Tells stories to illustrate potential outcomes, all while minding the high level technical details of the particular customer.
  • Helps with RFP or RFI responses particularly around technical subject matter.
  • Will become a decarbonization subject matter expert.
  • Collaborates cross functionally at Cleartrace: with product, sales, engineering, and marketing.

Sales Director – Supply Side

  • Closing new accounts and expanding existing customer wallet-share to build ARR
  • Developing sales opportunities through both indirect and direct efforts including outbound pursuits to generate an appropriate pipeline to meet goals
  • Forecasting accurately at various intervals to help gauge team progress towards goals
  • Team selling with with internal and external stakeholders including stellar cross channel communications
  • Diligence in updating the CRM and managing other critical information flows
  • Conducting meetings and using appropriate tools to get the job done
  • Quickly assessing opportunities, empathizing with a prospect, and delivering a clear value proposition and firm business case to drive prospect commitments
  • Keeping abreast of market movement/trends, competition, regulation, and general movement within the industry
