The Senior Domain Engineer – Cybersecurity runs cybersecurity capabilities with emphasis on detecting, responding and preventing cybersecurity incidents within the organization. Assesses risk and identifies mitigations. As a specialist in security techniques, provides visibility across the enterprise technology landscape to identify, assess and recommend risk mitigation tasks. Handles complex long-term initiatives in area of expertise, collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to develop improved cybersecurity technology and processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
The Capability Owner Team Lead is a member of a capability team, primarily responsible for the delivery of specific services that enable the organization. Maintains a delivery roadmap of work and services, prioritizing backlog of work based on value to enterprise and innovate strategic direction. Facilitates frequent stakeholder-facing interactions to draft objectives and strategies, drives innovation through services, and provides channels for users to request and receive standard services. Develops and maintains formal procedures for capability management for greater consistency and increased productivity.
As the team lead and primary enterprise point of contact for the team, navigates increasingly complex stakeholder interests with broader cross-team considerations or business implications, drives strategic innovation direction, service enhancements and improvements. Analyzes capability performance through statistical and reporting methods to ensure that all agreed services are being delivered, satisfaction levels and expectations are met, and team focuses on innovation. Prioritizes team’s work, defining the roadmap for their capability.
Works with contractors through the external vendor manager directly or their back-office support for any assigned work, to lead status meetings with external vendor management to review progress and quality of assigned work. Assists as needed with providing company protocols, scope of work, and contract adjustments where valid and approved by company.
This position serves as an important resource for data- based insights related to customers. Responsible for querying data, and providing meaningful displays of findings to support customer facing areas such as marketing, outreach and communication, in order to aid in their understanding of diverse customer population and their engagement with our services/programs. Utilizes querying and data manipulation techniques to acquire data from various siloed databases for various purposes, such as supporting communications with customers and key performance reporting. Provides information relevant to customer targeting and campaign effectiveness, as well as other relevant customer metrics, and collaborates across departments in order to align data presentment and other outcomes with client data needs.
Serve as primary client contact for strategic staffing issues, products and services. Provide guidance, counsel and policy interpretation on complex staffing issues. Work collaboratively with clients to identify workforce/staffing issues and to meet clients’ internal and external workforce needs in a timely manner.
Act as a strategic safety business advisor and consultant. Analyze safety trends, identify safety gaps, develop action plans to support company safety initiatives, work with clients to develop safety plans, and mitigate existing and potential hazards to prevent injuries. Provide health and safety support to internal and external stakeholders/clients. Participate in the incident review investigations. Review regulations, company procedures and training, and industry trends to develop effective corrective actions. Anticipate, recognize, evaluate and recommend controls for environmental and physical hazards that can affect the safety, health and well-being of employees, contractors and members of the public. Acts as primary client contact for safety.
Leads and manages a team of approximately 50 employees that perform engineering support, workpaper/measure development and maintenance, program management, systems support, processing, and inspections for SDG&E’s energy efficiency and demand response programs. Oversees emerging technologies, codes and standards, and zero net energy programs; interfacing with high profile customers, the CPUC Energy Division and their consultants and other key stakeholders on technical programs, projects and workpapers; and providing excellent operational and systems support to the Customer Programs department.
Under the guidance of the IT Assoc & Intern Program Mgr, the Team Lead is both a people leader and program administrator. The Team Lead will supervise a team of IT associate, intern direct reports and manage overall development and delivery of program activities and events. This position includes project management, advising and mentoring, consultation, budget and financial planning, and reporting and metrics. The team lead will oversee communications to team members and rotation managers and teams, approve all employee-related information, and conduct performance reviews.
Leads and manages the energy and fuel procurement risk management areas. Responsible for driving governance of energy risk management by collaborating with, and influencing, key leaders and stakeholders, both internal and external. Develops and implements energy risk management strategies, particularly with respect to operational and transactional trading risks, such as credit exposure. Presents recommendations to senior management. Responsible for supporting and facilitating the Energy Procurement Risk Management Committee and supporting policies. Drives, and is extensively involved with the CPUC regulatory process for the department, including workshops, and hearings. Provides oversight on the computation of quantitative risk measures and interpretation of energy risk management issues. Provides support to Origination and the Front Office in transactions. Manages external risk consulting firms.
Group Product Manager – Operational Technology Network, Architecture and Engineering (Hybrid) (#22-64541)
The Group Product Manager is primarily responsible for defining the roadmap, vision, and prioritization of the product portfolio based on value for the customer. Takes full responsibility for a group of scrum teams and their products with authority to direct the product group work. Uses understanding of the market, customer needs and requirements, and the products to inform direction.
The OT Group Product Manager interacts frequently with customers from multiple operational areas, to include electric transmission and distribution as well as gas control departments, to develop and draft objectives, strategies and drive innovation through products or services. Provides oversight to the maintenance and operations of products within their group, ensuring adherence to relevant safety & compliance, regulatory, cybersecurity and legal standards. Provides management and oversight of their respective Product Owners as it relates to people development, career coaching, and performance feedback responsibilities.
