Group Product Manager, Data & Analytics (Hybrid) (#23-62954)
The Group Product Manager (Data and Analytics) will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure effective governance and management of enterprise data and data science capabilities. They will lead cross-functional teams to enable data owners to produce data products into the enterprise data mesh while enabling the automated consumption of data products through an enterprise data catalog. This role will establish, govern, and enable data science within the IT organization and will collaborate with data scientists throughout the company. The Group Product Manager will collaborate with peers and senior leadership to align data and document management strategies with overall business objectives and to ensure that the organization’s data and documents are leveraged effectively to drive analytics, decision-making, and business growth. Strong analytical, communication, agile, and leadership skills are critical for success in this role.
The Group Product Manager is primarily responsible for defining the roadmap, vision, and prioritization of the product portfolio based on value for the customer. Takes full responsibility for a group of scrum teams and their products with authority to direct the product group work. Uses understanding of the market, customer needs and requirements, and the products to inform direction.
Interacts frequently with customers, drafting objectives and strategies and driving innovation through products or services. Provides oversight to the maintenance and operations of products within their group, ensuring adherence to relevant safety & compliance, regulatory, cybersecurity and legal standards. Provides management and oversight of their respective Product Owners as it relates to people development, career coaching, and performance feedback responsibilities.
Senior Land Management Representative (Hybrid) (#23-63244)
Responsible for negotiations with private developers and governmental agencies for the resolution of complex, proposed uses of transmission rights-of-way for Company utility facilities. Takes the lead role in protecting land rights for major projects including complex and politically sensitive transactions.
Service Planner (Hybrid) (#23-62981)
Plan, design, oversee and manage new additions and modifications to the electric and gas distribution systems, primarily related to services. Provide details and information for each job so the customer can make a decision on which design is best for them. Act as the SDGE customer representative on these projects communicating and negotiating with internal and external entities as needed to successfully manage customer expectations, service and meter location requirements, project status and costs, while ensuring customer satisfaction and project completion. Manage all aspects of a varying number of projects and schedules. May provide direction, oversight and performance input to Service Coordinators and Staff Assistants. Direct company, contract, and customer representatives on the design of the distribution system.

Plan, lead, manage, direct and control all aspects of a defined project; align and hold all stakeholders and all responsible parties accountable to the project; and use the applicable project management methodology, from initiation through close-out, to deliver the required results, on time, on budget, in compliance. Manage an average of 4-7 active projects in various stages of the project life cycle at any given point. Manage primarily large, multi-year municipality-initiated projects (20A and Surcharge) but more broadly manages high complexity, high impact, customer, key client and/or municipality-initiated projects up to $12M or more in gross capital.
