Inside Sales Representative

Reporting directly to the Manager of Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Representative is essential to the success of the entire sales team and will be critical to facilitating the initial engagement of new prospects through direct outreach to target customers. The Inside Sales Representative is the front line of new deals and is responsible for supporting the sales team in the sourcing of opportunities to achieve annual revenue targets.

Sales Director

Metrus Energy is seeking a Director of Sales who is excited about Metrus’ value proposition and is ready to independently build their own book of business in the west coast. A strategic, critical thinker and master of sales, the Director of Sales will generate sales of new energy and water efficiency, battery storage, PV and EV charging infrastructure projects and help drive the growth of Metrus’ project pipeline through targeted direct sales to multi-site industrial, commercial, institutional, and public sector customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is able to tap into their west coast market expertise in a particular vertical (i.e., health care, public sector, F500) and engage key partners from day one. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the energy efficiency, renewable energy, facilities management, EV charging, battery storage or other relevant industries.

Channel Sales Manager

Metrus is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for growing sales pipeline through Channels. This team member will be responsible for successfully supporting existing key accounts, as well as identifying new partnership opportunities needed to achieve internal targets. The Channel Sales Manager will report directly to the Director of Channel Sales.
