Basic Job Functions:

  • Develop and define standards and best practices for equipment product design and documentation.
  • Lead concept development to meet new and modified equipment needs.
  • Mentor other Equipment Design Engineers for best practices and assist through difficult designs and projects.
  • Engineering lead for development and design of new equipment or modification of existing equipment to support high volume manufacturing of thin film photovoltaic (PV) modules.
  • Initiate engineering changes to reduce equipment cost for future product line expansion.
  • Technical lead and primary interface with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).

Lead – Warehouse Continuous Improvement, Perrysburg, OH

This role will supervise and coordinate a team of shift supervisors in assigned areas to meet the daily warehouse activities to maintain inventory accuracy and smooth operations in accordance with standards and procedures. The scope of the role includes resolving operational issues, coaching, managing work performance of the team, coordinating material inventory and shipments to ensure no disruption to manufacturing operations or customer shipments, identifying opportunities for improvement, and minimizing warehouse expenses.
