Sales Operations Coordinator

Location: Remote – Full-time

General Duties Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the delivery of standard weekly reporting to the Sales Team
  • Owning the stand-up and compiling of Sales related Documents and Collateral
  • Collaborating with the Proposal Coordinator to assemble and finalize formal RFPs
  • Data Cleanup and Duplicate record cleansing in Hubspot
  • Coordinating internal meetings and maintaining calendars for meetings within the Sales Organization
  • Completing documents and vendor forms related to the Sales Process
  • Developing relationships and working closely with the team to recommend additional system and process improvements alongside the Sales Operations Specialist

Data Architect

Location: Remote – Full-time

EV Connect is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Architect with 7+ years proven experience designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end data solutions. A Data Architect who shares our passion for electric vehicles and their ability to positively impact transportation, air quality and energy independence for generations to come. Ivory tower architects need not apply.

  • Collaborate with smart colleagues who want to make a difference by advancing EV Connect’s cloud SaaS platform, mobile/mobile-web applications, portals and integrations.
  • Work closely alongside product managers, technical leads and development teams in designing data solutions and applications using EMR/Spark, Kinesis, Redshift, Python, SQL, and AWS methods.
  • Follow emerging technologies and trends and evaluate solutions, adopting them when appropriate based on technical and business objectives.
  • Architect enterprise grade batch and real-time data pipelines and data processing solutions in AWS.
  • Evaluate business needs and priorities, liaise with key stakeholders and address team needs related to big data systems and management.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications; establish and define details, definitions, and requirements of applications, components, and enhancements.
  • Clearly and crisply communicate architectural designs, plans, and standards.

Partner Channel Marketing Manager

Location: Remote – Full-time

We are recruiting a Partner Channel Marketing Manager to lead co-branded marketing campaigns with our channel partners to drive awareness and further the sales from our reseller community. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive our marketing with our Value-Added-Resellers (VARs) for a leading software platform in the Electric Vehicle (EV) charging industry. Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote – Full-time

We are seeking a TPM who will be responsible for a number of different day to day project leadership activities. While not exclusively limited to these, daily responsibilities can often be divided into two distinct categories: internal software development & client project implementation.

EV Connect has many development teams responsible for building new and exciting product as well as improving our existing ones. Duties will include acting as scrum master for assigned teams, leading scrum ceremonies, release preparation, reporting quantified results to management, and ensuring timely delivery of development work.

On the client delivery front the TPM is responsible for client interaction as well as ensuring the project is delivered in scope and on time. Project delivery will include project kickoff, status calls, product / feature demos, invoicing, and smooth transition to the customer success team.

Business Insight Analyst

Location: Remote – Full-time

We are seeking a talented Business Insight Analyst to join our growing team. As one of EV Connect’s first data analysts, you’ll be responsible for data needs throughout the operations organization. You’ll build and manage the KPI reports and dashboards that drive our decision-making processes, as well as dig deep into our robust data pipeline to provide insights to the organization. Technical Support Analyst

Location: EV Connect – CA – Full-time

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and identify issues within rigorous SLA timelines
  • Monitor network for proper charge station function and identify issues before they become apparent to the customer
  • Manage and execute actions on service tickets in conjunction with internal and external teams and partners
  • Analyze and provide clear feedback regarding issues that arise with hardware and software
  • Work in conjunction with Hardware Partners and on-site technicians to guide resolutions for hardware issues in the field
  • Provide technical recommendations to internal and external teams to resolve possible network communication issues

Inside Sales Representative

This position will be responsible for prospecting, building pipeline, opportunity management and accurate forecasting within an assigned territory in the fast-growing Electric Vehicle (EV) charging industry. Must have demonstrated ability to develop a sales plan that targets enterprise opportunities in the corporate market and/or municipal accounts, often by leveraging state/utility subsidy programs. The ideal candidate will have experience, selling into segments that include commercial real estate or workplace environments, Fortune 500 corporations, hospitality, multi-family real estate and developers and state and local entities. This is a great position for a talented and ambitious salesperson with tremendous growth potential.
