Manager, Climate Strategy

The Manager, Climate Strategy will join the Sustainability, Policy & Advisory team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to help them achieve sustainability and decarbonization goals in response to the proposed Security Exchanges Commission rule on climate-disclosure. They should be experienced and familiar with the Paris Agreement.

Director, Government Affairs

The Director of Government Affairs will lead development and implementation for our client’s solar market campaigns and outreach. They will develop community programs, with a focus on Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin. They should be driven and passionate about equity in solar access.

Manager, Structured Finance

Specifically, the are looking for a talented team member to help expand the reach and impact of their forecasting tools to enable informed renewable energy and conservation decision-making.

You will wear many hats in this role: identifying leads, pitching prospective customers in sales meetings, closing deals, serving as a liaison with the engineering team as they grow the product, supporting marketing efforts and exploring new markets through which they can maximize global impact.

The right candidate is driven by their mission, has utility hardware or SaaS sales experience, knowledge and connections in the hydropower or renewable energy industry, and should demonstrate excellent independent work ethic and a desire to work closely with a driven, remote team.

As a member of their growth and partnerships team, you will drive the sales and growth of one of the client’s key products. This is an opportunity to shape, drive, and implement product growth strategy at its early stages in partnership with the existing team.

Marketing Lead

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic marketing team member who will be able to not only set strategy, but also execute it. The Marketing Lead will collaborate with the Sales & Products team to craft messaging that effectively communicates the mission of the company. They will create & implement a brand strategy, cultivate partnerships for co-marketing & pursue media opportunities. The lead will also create blogs, webinars & conference presentations that supplement the marketing strategy.

Senior Director, Portfolio Asset Management

Our client is looking for Director/Sr. Director of Portfolio Asset Management to guide the performance of their loan and investment portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience managing specialty lending portfolios with a diversified set of clients and product design. The Director of Portfolio Asset Management will spearhead a team of Relationship Managers and Financial Analysts to regularly analyze and provide real-time data to executive management, escalating troubled assets and determining the best course of action to return principal and, where possible, interest and fees. The fitting candidate will have a noteworthy history of managing diverse portfolios, working with troubled assets in specialty finance, high attention to detail, and demonstrated success in workout situations.

Project Development Leader

The Project Development Leader will have responsibilities related to land control, permitting & interconnection for green hydrogen projects worldwide. They will also be involved in customer relations & development. Additionally, the Development Leader will recruit for & manage the development team & report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. They will work to help our client accomplish their major goals: 300 megawatts under construction or in operation, 3,000 megawatts in the project pipeline & being IPO-ready, all by 2025.

The ideal applicant will be able to manage & mentor less-experienced developers, close deals & effectively lead, motivate & articulate the values of the company.
