Associate Director, Project Finance

Our client is a renewable energy finance company. They are seeking a hardworking individual with a passion to learn, grow, and contribute as an Associate Director on the Project Finance team. The Associate Director will be responsible for managing their investments through all stages of their life cycle. The role will be focused on renewable energy power infrastructure projects in the U.S. and Canada with a strong concentration on solar, wind, battery storage, and renewable natural gas technologies. Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, the Associate Director role is multi-disciplinary, cutting across all aspects of deal origination through to financial close and, ultimately, successful repayment of our client’s investment.

The primary purpose of this position is to support the deployment of development capital and bridge lending opportunities for the company, to maintain an integrated flow of project communication and task management, and to serve as the “deal team lead” by coordinating internal and external company resources to underwrite, close, and manage investments.
