Principal Accountant Supervisor (Hybrid) (#23-62946)

This is a highly specialized position which has the responsibility for serving the Company as a lead professional regarding complex financial, regulatory, reporting and accounting issues and projects. Works with internal and external customers to identify their needs.

Claims Examiner II – Workers’ Compensation (Hybrid) (#23-63095)

Administer workers’ compensation cases with wide variety of responsibilities and duties related to the company’s self-administered Advocacy Based Workers’ Compensation Program in compliance with the California Labor Code, Rules & Regulations, and Office of Self-Insured requirements. Integrate the delivery of benefits associated with the company’s sickness plans, Long Term Disability (LTD) plans, Total Disability under the pension plan (TDI), leave of absence in compliance with Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), return to work efforts, and reasonable accommodations in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Amendment Acts (ADAAA) and the State of California Fair Employment Housing Act (FEHA). Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Sr. Marketing Communications Advisor (Hybrid)  (#23-63114)

Leads all facets of marketing campaigns and develops compelling content for a multi-channel strategy including, but not limited to: direct mail, video, website, email and social media marketing, and advertising. The goal of all campaigns is to increase customer satisfaction and awareness, creating a positive perception of SDG&E. Serves as a creative storyteller, and applies analytical and communication skills to support a team managing both traditional and digital marketing communications. Ensures the integration of the company brand across all communication channels, for strategic and large-scale marketing campaigns.

Group Scrum Master (Hybrid)  (#23-63014)

The Group Scrum Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining the Scrum process and overall health of agile group of product teams. Ensures that the group of teams is fully functional and productive by supporting continuous improvement, administering group-level discussions, and removing any organizational obstacles that may be impeding progress.

Proactively anticipates problems, opportunities for improvement, and facilitates quarterly planning and scrum of scrums, enabling teams to focus on delivering its sprint commitments. Supports all Scrum Masters in the product group and is responsible for release orchestration. Acts as an Agile Coach across teams, responsible for the group’s understanding and continuous improvement in maturity.

Clean Transportation Business Development Advisor (Hybrid)  (#23-63084)

Conduct research and assess market developments, draft testimony to be submitted to the California Public Utilities Commission and develop partnerships. Assess market development, including conducting research on electric vehicle charging infrastructure evolution, electric vehicle development across all vehicle segments, research on other infrastructure development entities (i.e., VW Settlement – Electrify America), research industry reports, examination of the intersection with energy storage, demand response and other energy management technologies. Responsible for fostering relationships with market participants and customers and assisting with development and implementation of Clean Transportation.
