Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Billing Operations Manager (Hybrid) (#23-67123)
Primarily responsible for the Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Billing Operations department. Manages people, processes, and technology necessary to serve a large group of CCA customers. Manages CCA market messaging, CCA back-office vendor relationship, exception resolution, customer analytics, and all CCA billing activities for residential, commercial, industrial, specialized, and contract electric accounts. Evaluates, proposes, and gains alignment on policy changes with internal and external leadership as CCA billing operations continues to evolve.
For all externally contracted work, works with the Contract Manager or back office directly to lead status meetings to review progress and quality of assigned work. Assists as needed with providing SDG&E protocols, scope of work, and contract adjustments where valid and approved by SDG&E.
Lead Substation Project Designer (#22-64904)
Responsible for designing and coordinating the more complex electric system additions and modifications for electric transmission and distribution substation facilities. Participates in the preparation and conducts training programs for design/engineering personnel.
Customer Service Field Operations Coordinator (Hybrid) (#22-63993)
Provides administrative support to leadership and employees including, but not limited to, departmental reports, systems data entry, monitoring and periodic reporting of departmental training requirements, processing of employee travel requests and reimbursements, maintaining department files and timekeeping, and vacation scheduling for district employees. Provide training and support for Operations Assistants.
Domain Architect – OT Network Communications (To Be Filled in AZ/NV) (#23-66952)
The Domain Architect – OT Network Communications defines overall direction of architecture for OT networks and critical network infrastructure communications, aligned to business strategy and enterprise architecture. Translates strategy into blueprints and designs for the overall architecture of the company’s network communication capabilities to ensure that the balance between business outcomes and reliability is maintained. As a specialist in OT network communications, the Domain Architect facilitates and defines IT architecture solutions to align with company strategy with a focus towards Nokia systems. Owns and maintains standards, patterns, and guardrails. Acts as an advisor and expert to engage with engineering and product teams to drive OT network communications framework and best practices.
Origination Manager (Hybrid) (#23-62331)
Lead a market-facing team of originators that – in a fast-paced and under-pressure environment – identify, assess, negotiate, execute and file multi-million-dollar Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Power Purchase Tolling Agreements (PPTAs). This team is the single point of accountability for SDGE to timely procure renewable energy, resource adequacy and other associated energy products so the company meets the California Renewable Portfolio Standards, Resource Adequacy requirements and the company’s Net Zero goals.
Transaction Scheduler (Hybrid) (#23-63315)
Work rotating 12-hour shifts where primary responsibilities are to perform scheduling, bidding, trading, outage management and other tasks in the CAISO hour-ahead and real-time markets to optimize resources and minimize cost to load.

Translates strategy into blueprints and designs for the overall architecture of the company’s wireless backhaul capabilities to ensure that the balance between business outcomes and reliability is maintained. As a specialist in microwave and wireless backhaul systems, the domain architect facilitates and defines IT architecture solutions to define and align with company strategy. Continuous Improvement Project Manager II – Customer Care (#23-62831)
