Chief Operating Officer (Washington, DC)

As COO, you are our chief implementer and integrator – tasked primarily with managing the internal parts of our rapidly-growing business and ensuring they are operating as a cohesive whole. Your mission is to leverage your superb people management skills, hyper organization, and ability to inspire and hold myriad teams accountable to ensure we fully execute on our 2023 goals and beyond. In addition to scaling our operations, systems and processes to keep up with our rapid growth, you will also take the lead on designing and building the right organization to attack new business opportunities as we broaden our offerings and platform.

You will own and manage the following corporate functions: Operations, People (talent and HR), Partner Success, Marketing & Communications, Sustainability/ESG, and Market Development. Depending on your skillset and experience, you may also manage some or all of Asset Management, Compliance, Legal, Investor Relations, and other areas yet to be determined.

Chief Revenue Officer (Washington, DC)

Your mission is to accelerate our growth by building a world-class, data-driven sales organization. You are responsible for all revenue-generating activities by defining and scaling our go-to-market strategy across the Inspiration business. Serving as a member of our Leadership Team, you will drive the strategy and execution of all sales initiatives and ensure our short- and long-term revenue expansion. You will report to the CEO, Josh Green, and depending on your background and experience, we may also have you lead our new Marketing Team.

Analyst (Washington, DC)

As a critical member of our Fleet team, your mission is to enable our team to be more successful by analyzing and closing more transactions, improving the customer experience, and streamlining our internal processes while working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to support many of our internal teams, engage in governance and control functions (sales, customer success, data and information management, portfolio management), and you will also work with some external partners such as our car manufacturer partners. Your goal is to help all the above teams work faster and more efficiently so that we can accelerate the transition of ICE vehicles (internal combustion engine) to EVs (electric vehicles)and decarbonize our planet.

Manager, Fleet Administration (Washington, DC)

Your mission is to tactically and strategically oversee the governance of our Inspiration Electric Vehicle asset portfolio. You will report to our EVP of Fleet Services, Neil Schamus.

Marketing Manager (Remote Eligible)

Your mission is to build and enhance our company’s story, value proposition, and service offerings. You will be the creator of the majority of our marketing and communications content to help clarify who we are, generate and nurture sales leads, and ultimately help us close more deals. You will report to a Head of Marketing and Communications once they are hired and, in the meantime, you will report to Ohad Zeira, Managing Director of Strategy & Business Development.

Talent Acquisition Manager (Remote Eligible)

Your mission is to fill approximately 55 roles this year (entry-level to Executive) and support our future, annual hiring plans. You will train and support our hiring managers on the research-based hiring practices in the NYT best-selling book, “Who.” You will report directly to our newly hired SVP of People, Heather Schwager, who has used this methodology in numerous organizations with great success and you will be the second ever hire on our new People Team!This is an unique opportunity to work across all of our business units which should be a ton of fun all while deepening your recruiting expertise and learning a lot about the clean energy sector.

Analyst, Energy (Washington, DC)

The Analyst, Energy will support all aspects of the Inspiration Energy business with market and customer research, data analysis, and modeling related to project development, energy infrastructure design, and project finance.

This position will enable the Inspiration Energy team to accelerate its customer acquisition, project development, infrastructure design, and analytics efforts as it becomes the preeminent infrastructure partner for commercial EV fleets in North America. This position will work with energy and e-mobility industry leaders on the cutting edge of the fleet electrification industry, helping to build an industry-leading portfolio of charging and energy assets that set the standard for the fleet depots of the future.

Manager, Customer Success (Remote Eligible)

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) by serving as a trusted partner to customers in expanding their fleet of EVs and the products and services needed to operate their fleet.

Reporting to the Director, Customer Success, the CSM will manage the day-to-day interactions with several customers throughout the customer lifecycle to build trust-based relationships, deliver top-notch customer service, expand share of wallet among existing customers, and proactively identify new revenue and business opportunities for Inspiration. The CSM will also play a foundational role in setting standards and building processes that scale as the business grows and customer requirements expand. The CSM is an individual contributor.

Senior Staff Accountant (Washington, DC)

The Senior Staff Accountant will ensure effective Accounting and Treasury operations at a rapidly growing company. This role will partner with Finance and Operations to ensure Inspiration’s accounting is completed with unwavering accuracy and build processes required for an exceptional Treasury function. Reporting to the Director, Accounting, the Senior Staff Accountant will work closely with Inspiration’s Finance and Operations teams, customers, vendors, advisors, and banking partners.

Application Developer (Remote Eligible)

The Application Developer will be one of the first hires on the Development team, and will work closely with the Director, Engineering, as well as Product and Data teams to develop new tools and applications across a variety of tech stacks and platforms. This will involve several integrations with external systems and may involve development in several different domains such as mobile development, web development, and the development of data processing tools without a user interface. What you build will be used by drivers, fleet managers, and Inspiration’s internal teams to help accelerate corporate fleet electrification.

Candidates without a degree in computer science should apply; we know there are lots of different ways to learn how to code.

Manager, Energy Project Development (Remote Eligible)

The Manager, Energy Project Development will lead Inspiration Energy’s site acquisition and project development efforts in the U.S. The ideal candidate will be deeply knowledgeable about energy project development and has experience with site acquisition and leading project development through to commercials operations.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Energy & Strategy, this position will work to enable the Inspiration Energy team to accelerate customer acquisition, project development, infrastructure design, and analytics efforts as it becomes the preeminent infrastructure partner for commercial EV fleets in North America. Associate, Energy Project Development (Remote Eligible)

The Associate, Energy Project Development will support all aspects of the Inspiration Energy business. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the energy and mobility industries, site acquisition, and have experience in energy and financial modeling.

Director, Business Development – Energy (Remote Eligible)

Reporting to the Managing Director, Business Development & Strategy,the Director of Business Development – Energy role focuses on building partnerships and relationships in the energy space to generate fleet, charging, and investment opportunities. This key role will provide expert guidance and subject matter expertise in the energy project development and utility space. In addition, they will play a critical role in the identification, development, and negotiation of partnerships needed to provide the services that Inspiration’s customers require. This role can be hired at the Director level, but Vice President level for the right candidate.

Director, Customer Success (Remote Eligible)

The Director, Customer Success (CS) will build and lead a team of customer-obsessed advocates and analytical problem solvers focused on fostering trust-based relationships, delivering top-notch customer service, expanding share of wallet, and proactively identifying new revenue and business opportunities among existing customers.

Reporting to the SVP, Customer Success, the Director, CS will directly manage several customer relationships, manage a team, and help build the processes to support and interface with Inspiration customers from onboarding and throughout the customer lifecycle. The successful candidate will be skilled in building strong customer relationships, managing customers, and growing revenue.
