Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an extremely motivated individual committed to learning fundamental prospecting, lead qualification, and market segmentation skills needed to develop into a top-performing sales professional. Key attributes will be a commitment to organization and documentation, flexibility in performing tasks, and enthusiasm to do what it takes to get the job done.

In this role, you will generate new business opportunities by following a proven process to prospect into business accounts. You are motivated to identify and research lists of companies and contacts to target and to develop and manage email and telephone campaigns to generate new business. The SDR will work with the Segment Directors to create and prioritize their target market and is accountable for generating qualified warm leads which they will pass over to the SD to close. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical, tenacious, and not afraid of cold calling. This position has advancement potential within the rapidly growing sales organization. The ideal candidate will possess a desire to develop their professional selling skills and must be a fit for our fun, entrepreneurial, team-based culture. Customer Success Program Director

FreeWire is the leading provider of battery integrated fast chargers. Its fast charger product line is called the Boost Charger and was purpose-built for the retail market, specifically gas stations. FreeWire’s product design enables fast deployment, relocation, lower overall installation and energy costs, customized branding and retail integration with loyalty programs and charging networks. FireWire provides a variety of configuration options and several support services such as site assessment, incentive capture, and installation management. The product enables a retail entity to own and operate a charging network and market to drivers as well as capture data all under one branded network or loyalty program umbrella. FreeWire’s product can be extended to franchisees with several options for configuration and branding, and ownership. FreeWire is in the process of developing financing options that would provide options for lease for purchasers.

In this role you would be responsible for the following activities:

  • Develop full service and a la carte EV network offering for retail segment
  • Develop service pricing for each component
  • Propose and implement process flow
  • Identify subcontractors /partners and manage their execution to program guidelines
  • Develop program documents
  • Work with product to test/build finance offer
  • Manage/negotiate partner relationships
  • Hire implementation personnel
  • Develop reporting and performance metrics
  • Negotiate offering with key retailers
  • Assist in developing marketing coordination with retailer
