Job Description
As a Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist, you will be working with HUD loans in a fast-paced environment with our team on-site in Oklahoma City. You will get to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.
Prior HUD experience is preferred, but not required -if you’re a quick learner with strong communication skills, exceptional customer service, and a strong work ethic, we want to invest in helping you build a new career!
We have various opportunities such as Customer Service Representatives, Front End Servicing Specialists, Loss Mitigation Specialists, Foreclosure Specialists, Document/Imaging Specialists, Property Charges Specialists, Release Specialists & Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialists.
While the responsibilities will vary based on the division, you will get to:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the process
- Perform daily follow-up of all assigned assets to ensure a smooth process to avoid delays
- Verify the accuracy of all relative documents extracted from various resources, including invoices, internal departments, vendors, and external services
- Receive, research, and resolve inquiries in a timely and accurate manner and communicate effectively with the vendor, client, investor, internal departments, and external services when necessary
- Ensure compliance with HUD guidelines, company policies, relevant laws, and regulations and maintain integrity of data
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies
- Perform timely communication regarding discrepancies, issues, or other matters with management
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.

Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proven organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Problem-solving & strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Ability to cross-collaborate with all levels across the organization
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and computer software skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overtime.
- High School Diploma or GED required (higher education preferred)
