Overview:

The Marketing Manager will lead the creation of content assets across all of the Company’s marketing and sales channels, developing engaging content to build awareness, generate and nurture leads, and improve sales conversions. This role will strengthen Inspiration’s market position as a leader in fleet electrification and other business lines, continue to build the Inspiration brand, and work closely with the Communications team to ensure brand consistency. The Marketing Manager will serve internal customers across the Company to build and enhance the Inspiration story, value proposition, and service offerings.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Strategy & Business Development, the Marketing Manager will generate a wide variety of content, including sales decks, marketing collateral, infographics, social media posts, multimedia content, and more. This is a perfect role for someone passionate about climate change and the energy transition to flex their creative muscles and build and deploy a scalable content library from the ground up.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Crafting and deploying a scalable content strategy across multiple business lines
    • Building a library of visual assets to support the creation of novel and compelling marketing content
    • Maintaining brand consistency across all channels, in coordination with the Communications team
    • Collaborating closely with Product, Business Development, Sales, and other teams to align, design, and iterate a cohesive content strategy
    • Driving thought leadership and responding to sales support content requests, whether developing from scratch, performing edits, or managing an external design resource
    • Leveraging a variety of analytics tools to monitor content performance and optimize impact
    • Interviewing and diving deeply team members across the Company to produce relevant content
    • Developing a deep understanding of Inspiration’s customers, services, products, and the customer journey
