Equipment Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift – Cincinnati, OH
The Equipment Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift ensures product and process quality is maintained through visual inspection, measuring instruments, and testing machinery. Takes initiative to troubleshoot and problem solve, works collaboratively with the Production Team to discuss process improvements, brings forward product concerns, makes recommendations, performs preventative maintenance and calibrates equipment, tools, machinery.
Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift – Cincinnati, OH
The Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of workers engaged in the fabrication, processing, assembling, and/or the development of a product or a service. Tracks, manages, records, and reports production, inventory, and machine or building issues. Works closely with other supervisors, leads, employees, and management to streamline workflow and resolve issues. Partners with the Shipping Supervisor to develop and execute a material management and storage plan. Adheres to and executes identified quality and safety plans.
Solar Tech III – Bangor, ME
The Solar Field Installer III serves as the In-Field Lead under the Site Supervisor and performs manual field labor, equipment operation, physical QA/QC checks, electronic reporting, and day to day direction and tasking to Apprentices and Temporary or Contract employees necessary to install footings, racking, solar panels, and other project objectives and goals in a safe and productive manner. Incumbent will operate and maintain company equipment in a safe and effective manner that aligns with the company’s projects, objectives, and goals. Operation of equipment may include company vehicles (trucks), front end loaders, skid steer, KR-55, KR-60, SmartMast, rock drill, air compressor and/or other machinery.
Estimator I – Cincinnati, OH
The Estimator I works to develop product takeoffs and cost estimates as required by the customer’s documentation from routine small material-only projects to self-performed utility-scale projects.
Solar Construction Site Supervisor – Augusta, ME
The Solar Construction Site Supervisor will provide supervision, direction, and guidance to the Solar Technicians. This role oversees the team’s production, safety, and delivery of solar farms for clients and developers. The Solar Construction Site Supervisor develops reports of daily production, ensures the project is appropriately staffed and that staff have all they need to complete the job including, materials, tools, equipment, water, and safety gear, etc. They receive instructions from Project Managers and are responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of the solar farm. This position is considered a Working Solar Construction Site Supervisor position and is required to perform all field construction functions as necessary.
