Your mission is to serve as a trusted partner and the main point of contact to our customers and help them achieve their business goals.
As an individual contributor, you’ll help your portfolio of customers expand their fleet of EVs, leverage our EV-centric products and services, and solve their vehicle charging needs. How will you do this? You will deliver top-notch service, anticipate their needs, advocate for their interests internally – all to ensure their satisfaction, which helps us grow our business.
You will also play a foundational role in enabling our organization to scale and adapt as customer requirements and our business evolve. You will report to Kate Roberts, our SVP of Customer Success, and work closely with her as well as the one other Customer Success Manager on her team.
Your mission is to partner with our finance team of which you are a part and operations teams to own accounting activities, including leases, revenue recognition, managing our monthly close, and fulfilling various ad hoc requests. You will develop and implement robust policies and procedures that align with our goals and objectives, guiding us toward continuous growth and success.
You will report to our VP- Corporate Controller, Shaun Lambert, and be one of 8 members of our Finance Team.
Your mission is to lead our forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as provide strategic financial insights to support our growth and profitability. You will work closely with every part of our business to gather information, identify business trends, and provide valuable insights for our senior management team to manage the business.

Your mission is to build and lead our Fleet Advisory & Analytics team, utilizing your industry experience, analytical and consulting skills, big data, and the latest fleet technologies to guide our clients towards their goal of achieving 100% fleet electrification over time. You will develop customized fleet electrification plans, utilizing data-driven strategies to help prospects and clients achieve their objectives of cost reduction, fleet optimization, corporate sustainability, and improved driver behavior. In addition to performing analyses, you will also own and drive the evolution of our suite of EV Transition products and services.
You will be part of our broader Delivery function, working directly with our Sales Team on transition analyses for prospects and collaborating with our Customer Success Team on customer fleet electrification planning, customer retention, and other expansion activities.
Your mission is to be our content strategy utility player. This includes developing and executing a content strategy to accelerate our growth, support sales and increase brand visibility across a variety of channels. You’ll play a strong role in creating and developing content for multiple campaigns. You’ll monitor and analyze the performance of our marketing content through metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Your content will reinforce our brand and value proposition by communicating our expertise and strengths.
PRODUCT & TECHNOLOGY

Your mission is to drive the development, design, and execution of our innovative fleet management products and internal tools that are specifically tailored for fleet operators with EVs. You will lead the definition, development, and implementation of our product vision with the goal of supporting Inspiration’s customers and business units across our company.
STRATEGY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Your mission is to oversee, promote, and grow the comprehensive suite of services we sell to our fleet customers through our eFMC (Electric-Fleet Management Company) business. Currently, we offer a range of services, from traditional automotive services such as toll management, roadside assistance, and managed maintenance to EV-centric services like home charging installation and reimbursements, payments for public charging, and O&M (Operations & Maintenance). You’ll build and lead a team that designs, evolves, and oversees our Services P&L as a business line.
You and your team will develop processes to establish and maintain relationships with our service partners, represent the interests of our fleet managers, represent the voice of fleet managers that we serve, and manage partnerships with our fleet customers. Lastly, you’ll partner closely with our sales and customer success teams to drive growth, and control service delivery and costs through our service partners and vendors.
