Or are you a seasoned professional looking to mentor up and coming sustainability and cleantech professionals? WCS offers an annual mentorship program where cleantech and sustainability professionals are paired with newer professionals in the field.

Benefits for mentees include:

  • Getting matched with a mentor based on your top priorities (skills, location, industry and goals)
  • Periodic 1:1 meetings with your mentor
  • Live events to deep-dive into specific skill sets such as negotiations, networking, personal visioning and branding

Benefits for mentors include: 

  • Access to 40-80 other individuals in the cleantech space for hiring and networking
  • Live events to deep-dive into specific skill sets such as negotiations, networking, personal visioning and branding
  • Free access to Executive Leadership Committee Events (past events have included navigating unconscious biases in the workplace, resiliency strategies and negotiations)

This event will be a great chance for mentees to: 

  • To learn about the program
  • Connect with other interested candidates
  • Ask past participants about their experience
  • Add suggestions for the three events that will be a part of the next cohort

Mentors will also have the chance to:

  • Speak with past mentors about their experience
  • Meet other interested mentors
  • Learn about the structure of the program

MBA Student and Consultant, Third Eye Sustainability

Theo grew up educating her classmates about how to compost and separate their waste. After receiving a degree in Biology and Water Quality at Colorado College, she has worked for several water quality startups, water technology innovation hubs, and organics recovery design and consulting companies. She is now pursuing her MBA in Sustainable Systems and Social Justice from Presidio Graduate School and doing her own consulting. She is extremely passionate about the self-inquiry that is required to change our world into a more equitable and eco-conscious world.
