Associate – Business Development

EVgo’s Fleet Team is hiring an entrepreneurial Business Development (BD) Associate to help scale strategic partnerships with a diversity of fleet companies such as rideshare, autonomous, delivery, car rental companies.

As notable industry leaders commit to 100% electrification by 2030, EVgo is working to support increased fleet charging demand on our public network through product innovation, pricing strategy, and strategic partnerships. In addition, EVgo is expanding its depot and dedicated hub work with light duty fleets.

You will support BD effort through lead identification and developing new partnership leads. You will source and qualify engagements with a variety of fleets to build a pipeline of potential BD fleet customers. As a Business Development Associate, you will support ongoing projects with established accounts. Using a data-driven approach, you will analyze market trends and industry positioning. This role is customer facing, working cross-functionally with EVgo’s operations, analytics, marketing, and software teams to iterate on the product and tailor the offering to customer needs.

Event Marketing Specialist

The Event Marketing Specialist will help strategize, produce and oversee all B2B and B2C events for EVgo including EV charging station openings/ribbon cuttings and tradeshows and conferences. They will also liaise with internal departments on event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in executing corporate events and bring a high level of creativity and passion for producing high-profile, buzzworthy events. Travel is a requirement for this role.

Senior Manager – CRM and Marketing Technical Operations

We are looking for a confident, analytical, detail-oriented, execution-focused CRM and technical operations guru to join the EVgo Marketing team. This role is responsible for managing and improving marketing automation efforts, creating campaigns and executing in our marketing automation platform (Emarsys), and routinely analyzing performance to make recommendations to stakeholders to improve conversion.

EVgo’s Marketing team manages a mix of B2B and B2C activities that are critical to accelerating EV adoption and growing the company’s revenue. B2C activities include designing and implementing the 360-degree marketing plan, which includes digital marketing, email marketing, social media, thought leadership, and event marketing. B2B activities include developing and executing communications strategies to increase enterprise customer sales and industry partnerships to drive long-term profitable growth.
