Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote – Full-time

We are seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to manage product delivery for our SaaS and API platform offerings that connect charging stations, drivers, vehicles, sites, and utilities across a variety of smart charging applications and solutions. As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee product development across multiple Scrum teams as well as coordinate go-to-market activities across departments. You should have excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework and all of its ceremonies, artifacts, and techniques, with solid experience coaching team members on Scrum and ultimately creating self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints. You should also have product go-to-market experience, with knowledge of best practices to ensure smooth rollout.

Account Executive – Texas

Location: EV Connect – Texas – Full-time

This position will be responsible for prospecting, building pipeline, opportunity management and accurate forecasting within an assigned territory in the fast-growing and highly dynamic Electric Vehicle (EV) charging industry.  The EV Charging industry already has a huge market size and it is about to quadruple with Biden’s $7.5 billion plan that includes 500K charging stations. EV Connect is already a market leader running on of the largest national networks and wants to get hyper focused in territories with utility and grant programs to support deployment of charging.

Person must have demonstrated the ability to develop a sales plan that targets opportunities in the corporate market and/or municipal accounts. Role will also provide a chance to develop and cultivate a network of local VARs and other partners to supplement your direct go to market efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience, selling into segments that include commercial real estate or workplace environments, Fortune 500 corporations, hospitality, multi-family real estate and developers and state and local entities. This is a great position for a talented and ambitious salesperson with tremendous growth potential.

Sales Operations Manager

Location: Remote – Full-time

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for aligning our day-to-day operational processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, attainment of key revenue and sales objectives. You will partner cross-functionally (with Marketing, Deployment and Technical Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Sales Teams) to implement scalable systems, processes, and tools to accelerate the Company’s revenue growth. Channel Account Manager- West Coast

This full-time position requires close collaboration with EV Connects leadership, field sales, inside sales, finance, support, marketing, and sales operations to drive channel revenue in the west region. Sr. Cloud Security Engineer

Location: Remote – Full-time

EV Connect is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer with 5+ years of AWS experience who shares our passion for electric vehicles and their ability to positively impact transportation, air quality and energy independence for generations to come.

  • Collaborate with smart colleagues who want to make a difference by operating and supporting EV Connect’s cloud SaaS platform, network, mobile/mobile-web applications, portals and in- tegrations.
  • Identify security issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans for cloud implementations.
  • Automate cloud security controls to ensure threat, vulnerabilities and risk are minimized and reduced.
  • Manage assessments and mitigations of system security risks, validates security require- ments, and establishes Cloud security designs.
  • Implement and integrate security designs in cloud solutions and services.
  • Shape technical solutions to maximize cybersecurity defenses and monitoring capabilities and synthesize solution designs.
  • Incorporates architectural and cloud security principles into system design standards.

Inventory Coordinator

Location: EV Connect – CA – Full-time

EV Connect is seeking an energetic problem solver to join our new Field Services Team as Inventory Coordinator.  You will work directly supporting our field team in the shipping, tracking and refurbishment of parts and EV charging stations.  This position offers significant growth opportunities as an entry level role into the world of e-mobility.

Systems Engineer

Location: EV Connect – CA – Full-time

EV Connect is looking to hire a Systems Engineer to support Charger Operations.  This role will be responsible for the onboarding of EVSE manufacturers and the ongoing support of these Partners.  The candidate will need to build deep domain expertise of our Partners’ products to support internal and external stakeholders, including customer support, installers, customers, etc.  He/She will also need to drive continuous improvement with the manufacturers based on internal discoveries and proactive monitoring of station performance in the field.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to be the voice of our organization as they assist and communicate with our customers daily.  You will administer and organize a variety of projects, from simple activities to more complex coordinating with our EV hardware vendors, Technical Support Team and customers.
